It was an easy process that took about 1-1/2 hours but John was easy to work with and all turned out well.

outside of the time to complete the paperwork there is nothing I could say other han it was a good experience.

My brother surprised me with a car the day after Christmas and I had NO idea what I was going to do with the car I currently had, since it wasn't used for a trade in. I discovered your company online, so I made an appointment to potentially sell my car. Barrett made the whole process very easy and painless and it only took about 90 minutes, if that. Barrett even showed me how some things work on my new car that has a lot of bells and whistles. He's great for public relations!

It was easy to get answers through the FAQ page and to book an appointment. I spoke to multiple people at the local branch and they were all friendly and answered my questions to my satisfaction.

John was actually a little early for my appointment, but I appreciated that. He was very friendly and professional throughout the evaluation process and the transaction. I got a little less in return for my car than I had hoped, but there were a couple of issues with the car of which I was unaware. John was very transparent and showed me how the evaluation worked and how it led to the figure I was given. I accepted the offer and he cut me a check within minutes. The whole process was smooth and I was relieved to not have to sell the car privately. My car was picked up within one business day as well.

Again, it was an absolute pleasure to work with John and I really appreciated his professionalism. I would highly recommend WBAC along with John and everyone at the Sunset Hills, MO branch specifically.
