No replies to messages
Messaged them to see if they'd buy my comic collection, received an auto reply saying my message was in a queue. It's been 11 days and still no reply so I assume that means they don't want them.
Also, "We buy ANY comic" is their name, yet on the front page of the website they say they can't possible buy every comic.

Simple process, no issues
Offered me a good price for my comics, and was very clear and upfront about their terms. They were very patient while I sorted out some issues with postage, and were quick to complete payment and keep me updated on their side.
