Was a good service but took a long time to receive my postage package.

Was an easy process. There were a couple of hiccups which were resolved quickly and efficiently. Overall pleased and will use again. Would recommend.

Good price but that was it after approved took took over 4 weeks to be paid, constant correspondence, few replies. Only got paid after threatening them with Legal action

I sent two i phones off , one was completely smashed, gave us £23, the other was told £69 but they only offereed around £30.
But once the phone is with them it's a hassle to get them to send back!!!!

I placed my order for an envelope to send my phone in December. Chased it up in January before it was sent. Sent my phone, its receipt was acknowledged and then I received a downgraded price (reduced by £50) as apparently there are 2 issues on the phone that strangely weren't an issue when it was sent. I let them know I wasn't accepting the downgraded price and asked for the phone to be returned and have chased this too. My phone has not yet been returned and my last e mail went unanswered. The 0845 phone number on their website diverts to a mobile which is 'unavailable'. The whole process has taken so long that the value of my phone has went down with other websites but perhaps this is their business plan?

Very slow processing payment says on their site same day payment yet I have been waiting 7 working days and still not had anything. I would go else where. I will not be using this service from them ever again.

They made up a non existent fault with my phone to try and justify a lower price. I had them send it back to me and surprise surprise it was in perfect condition. Read the reviews as this looks like part of their business strategy.

Thanks for the reply. As I explained to you, the phone was independently tested before it was sent to you and when you returned it. It was perfect both times. You claimed you had it tested 'independently ' but refused to provide proof of this independence.

Honestly, regardless of the quote they're offering I'd take your phone elsewhere. I sent my phone off a week ago and still haven't had a payment, even though my progress report has been updated to "awaiting payment" for 4 days now. I've sent 5 emails and had not one answered. I've called 8 times and had no response. I called again today 10/01/17 and the automated voiceover told me the number wasn't recognised. Seriously dissatisfied with the service and lack of customer care and efficiency this company offers. I'm owed a payment for a device you have and I'd like it ASAP.

I Have sent numerous emails and tried to call but can not get no answer . I had sent in my device (broken) and i have been waiting for over 2days for it still to be tested . From my previous expierence with other mobile recycling companies they issue payment sameday the item is recieved and are very quick at completing the sale. I would go elsewhere next time irrigarless to the price they qpute

Great service and great prices. My questions were answered fully in a timely manner. A pre-paid envelope was sent for my mobile phone. I received the payment as soon as my items were checked.
