Avoid, had to threaten legal action for them to pay, car was on auto trader after 1 week of collection. Called me from multiple numbers, different person each time. Total crooks

Avoid avoid avoid, complete crooks, took over 2 months to pay, only after I tried to take legal action. Car was on auto trader for sale days after it was picked up.

Do not use this company, avoid the stress.

The most shocking company I have ever dealt with, came and took my car on the 18th of January was told payment was going to be in my bank with in 3-5 working days and nothing happened. It was only when I text and told them I had found it up for sale and where was my money tonight that it appeared in my account…. Do not use this company it is run by con men…

Rubbish company. Don't deal with them!!! Took my car but haven't received my payment yet. When calling, just saying that it has just been done but still no money!!!

Perfect! Asked me to send pictures, asked what I wanted for the car, agreed to it and then came to collect asap! No mess about. Waited until I confirmed the payment had gone into my bank too. Thank you!!! Lee and Richard!!

They are a total con! They call and give you a quote, come and give you a bogus contract, take your car and then call and say that your car isn’t worth what they have offer on it. They then say they will give you half of the amount that says on the contract or they will return the car and charge you for storage.

After 7 weeks we still haven’t received any money from this company and are about to report the car as stolen to get it back.

They are con men - don’t go anywhere near them or you will be next!

I contacted we buy any motors for a quotation, when we spoke on the phone the man I dealt with was rude during the phone call and hung up on mid phone call. Absolutely shocking behaviour from a professional business.

Absolutely disgusting!!! Took my car then tried to cut me down on price, took them over a month to pay me. Leigh was a absolute p…k. His attitude is disgusting and the way he talks to customers is disgraceful.. Then to top all that off sent me a dodgy address for the log book, and got fines going though dartford which is my debt as the log book wasn’t changed! I have had nothing but hell with this company and wish I never sold my car to them!!

These is the most stupid and rude people I ever meet in my life there are not ldt they are same tiff please lee and Jackson those names one person they are to ruds the take my care they drive over 400 mi within one week and they birng it back to me ower contirat was to pay me within 48 hours the keep me for one week the Drive the car the give mee back for non sense reason

Contacted these guys after i needed to sell my car. Was originally offered £3k but went to £2k after the fault of the ESP light came back on, which is fair to offer less due to the fault. Some of the other 1 star reviews aren't justified on here, nearly every place that buys you car will haggle on price. The worst is webuyanycar.

Was a little slow on payment, but you just need to whatsapp Lee with a photo of the contract and he promised payment would be in at 6pm and it was. Didn't have any aggressive behaviour, everyone was nice.

Awful company and service. Lee the main boss is so rude, condescending and unprofessional. The driver on the other hand was professional and polite. The aim of the company is to rip you off in every way possible. Lee will give you a price on the phone after you tell him what's wrong with the car but when they come to pick up the car Lee will point out every tiny fault, scratch and bit of damage claiming that he had no knowledge of the car's condition or faults and deduct money until there is nothing left. We started at £650 and ended up at £250. Please avoid!

Lee, who called me rude and abusive, thereforre hang up as I didn't want to hear about my "sh..ty car" from him.

This company in Chelmsford responded to my entering the details of our car straight away and came within the hour, it was sold and paid for with no problems would highly recommend them, very helpful and the price they offered was very reasonable.

Took my car, slow payment.
Was meant to be scrapped and told me if I call DVLA I can keep my personalised number plate. I couldn’t so lost that and the car is still on the road with a very recent MOT but no tax!

Hi , I just sold my car with this company, fast and honest. I had also got a quote from WeBuyAnyCar, who offered less, wanted me to drive it to them and wanted an administration fee.
Darren who collected the car waited while the money was cleared in my account then took the car.
I had taken honest photos of my car and the offer was made and maintained , no haggling.
I would use them again and no hesitation in recommending them.

We have just sold our non running BMW to this company. They came out the same day to look at the car and matched other quotes we were given and took our car away the same day.
Lee was reliable with communication, if I texted him for updates he would call me instantly. Told we would receive payment by Tuesday evening and was paid on the day like he said. Lee even gave me advise on which car I should look at buying for short journeys and something cheap to fix! Very pleased with the service and would definitely use again.

I arranged to have my car collected and had spoken on 2 occasions to Lee and he agreed that he would be clearing the outstanding finance for my car on both occasions, however when the gentleman arrived to collect my car, Lee all of a sudden decided he wasn't paying to clear the finance and offered £1000 less, stating the car value is lower than the finance.

My problem is, all of these checks were carried out prior to confirming sale of the car. Lee knew the price and the outstanding amount, he did the checks and said it was fine to clear. I called him today to discuss my concerns, for him to tell me well the price changed we are in a pandemic. This has nothing to do with that, the price has not changed from monday to saturday, he knew my finance was slightly higher than the car value when we agreed the price, however he said it was absolutely fine and not an issue, as long as i was not requesting any more than the finance.

I challenged Lee about this on the phone today, however his response was he had missed several calls whilst we were talking so needed to go. I expressed I am a customer and he is talking to me, this was quite unprofessional. I said i wanted to make a complaint, he said i could email in but he would call me back. I honestly don't hold my breath to that.

I am absolutely gobsmacked that his attitude could be like this, he is extremely unprofessional and rude.

I feel that the service is poor, I would not recommend this service.

Awful experience if I may put it. Do not recommend selling your car to these lot. Very very slow on payment. Empty promises. The main man is rude and unprofessional. Avoid at all cost. Happily come and take your car quickly but won’t pay on time. That’s like popping to the shop buying bread and saying to the shopkeeper I’ll take it today and pay you next week. Seriously a dodgy place this company is. Be careful.
