Appalling conduct, very untrustworthy
Sent off my phone immediately after the phone was refurbished by my insurance company, I received a message claiming the phone had a broken sensor, excessive wear on the chassis and a lifted screen. I called the customer service team and explained I knew the phone was in perfect working order. They wanted to reduce my payment by £315. I told them that I wanted the phone sending back and proof of its condition as I have proof of the condition it was sent in. Miraculously, I received a message claiming it had now passed its test and they will pay the full amount. Shameful conduct, I wouldn’t trust them as far as I could kick them.

The video they supply to highlight the condition only supported my claims. It shows one slight blemish that’s only visible under a bright light. And this is the reason they half the price. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!

In my opinion, they're absolute scammers! Do not use these if you think your phone is in good condition.
I was selling my father's old phone and I was amazed by how good the condition was. It'd had a screen protector and cover on from day one.
So I got a great offer from this company and sent it off.
Lo and behold, when it arrives they downgrade the quality from "Good" to "Pretty Good" and send me a video to show me the defects.
I've watched the video twice and there are ZERO defects being shown on the video.
And yet they're offering me half what the offered?! Im dumbfounded and can only explain this away by them being scam artists (in my opinion).
Just beware.

Initially offered £208 which changed to £85 after they received the phone with a video telling me that areas were showing wear etc. after a call I stated that the marks were from the gel casing it was immediately put in from new that would easily clean off. After some bartering finally offered £100 which I accepted. Not overally impressed.

Customer service and updates are brilliant. However I sent them a iPhone 17 pro max and was quoted £807. When they got the phone the changed the condition to pretty good rather than good and dropped the offer to £555. Asked them to return the phone.
