Great experience with this company from talking to a lovely lady on phone then arranging our date to take away.she requested some photos then gave us a price which we accepted. Two lovely smiley polite lads came ontime & didn't take long to do their job. Definitely would recommend this company.

I contacted a few companies to remove my father’s stairlift. We Buy Any Stairlift came straight back to me and booked in a removal quickly. Instead of needing to pay for it to be removed, they gave me £50 to take it away.
Matt, the stairlift engineer was polite, professional, and removed it quickly. Everything was left tidy.

Received a call from Danny to say he would be arriving earlier than the original time which allowed me plenty of time to get to my mum's house. Removal of stair lift was done very efficiently. Hallway was left clean and tidy. An excellent job. Thumbs up to Danny.

We contacted them with a hardly used 2.5 year old Stannah 600… not only did they not want to buy it… they also wanted £240 to take it away… should be called ‘We don’t buy any stairlift’ … what a waste of time dealing with them.. :(

Overall process went without a hitch, was quickly booked in for a preferred slot. Clear communications and very responsive. Received a text message ~40 minutes before arrival and the removal took ~30 minutes.

Contacted this company due to the name “We buy any stairlift” only to find that they don’t, surely that’s false advertising ? I received an offer to remove it at a cost to me of £240. Does that sound like buying any stairlift? No it doesn’t does it ? Perhaps in your reply below you can explain why the company name implies you buy ANY stairlift but you clearly don’t.

Very easy. Quick response, clear communication, offered to book a date the same week. On the day Jordan the engineer texted en route and arrived on time. Friendly, answered all my questions, respectful and very careful of the property. No mess, no fuss, no damage. 2 complicated stairlifts uninstalled and paid for within an hour. Very happy with this service, definitely recommend!

Very professional. Easy process online and on the phone to confirm they wanted it. Came when they said, took the old stairlift away quickly with no fuss and paid what they said they would.
