The service was excellent
The service was excellent with the arrangements being straightforward with a booking to suit us both. Engineer was pleasant and on time and kept me informed of his arrival progress through the day. Stairlift removed quickly and efficiently. The only disappointment is the value of the stairlift, but I guess some money is better than no money. Stannah wouldn't give us anything for it as it was over two years even though it hadn't been used.

Great from first call to collection
From start to finish staff always kept in touch through email and txt. Very surprised how quick they arranged to collect and I couldn’t make it so agreed to wait till engineer in area again. Amazingly only waited another week and today Danny came and removed lift. Messaged yesterday to ask if could bring time forward which was great for me. He arrived early and got straight to work removing. Very very pleased with service will definitely recommend to people Thank you all.

Great communication as soon as I put in a request for a quotation, and very responsive to questions. Prompt removal of stairlift and cash given as promised on the day. Very pleasant and efficient engineer. Can't fault this company. Very happy.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish, really great communication from the office staff, friendly and prompt responses. Accommodating to my need to communicate primarily via email.
Our engineer Danny was fantastic, great communicator, quick worker and really took care with the removal of the stairlift. Cash on removal is great, expectations exceeded all around.

Great service, they kept in touch leading up to the removal, confirming any changes, the engineer messaged to say he was on his way, when he arrived he was polite, professional and very efficient. I would highly recommend these guys.
