Useful Service, Fairer Pricing Would Help
I appreciate the convenience of this service, and it's certainly a useful option. However, I think there is room for improvement when it comes to pricing and the availability of local drop-off points. At the moment, the cost of purchasing packaging that meets the required specifications can be around half the value of the books being sent, which doesn't feel particularly proportionate. Having more local drop-off centres would help reduce those costs and make the service more accessible and cost-effective for customers. I was also disappointed that many of the books I wanted to sell were not accepted, which further reduced the value of using the service. Overall, it's a convenient idea, but a few changes would make it much more attractive and customer-friendly.

For packaging, we want to make sure the books arrive safely, so you will need a sturdy box or two, but we would always suggest re-using existing boxes than buying new ones wherever possible to save you money and be better for the environment.
You can pick where to drop off your parcels and this could be a Locker, Post Office, or shop that has a parcel drop off service, and there are thousands of these. We will look to add more! Wherever you are, you can also arrange free courier collection from your home, so thats a popular option that works for everyone.
The offers we make are based on the re-sale value of the book and how many copies we already have in stock. If millions of the same book have been printed it's likely we already have plenty of copies so we might not need more. Please check back though as our stock levels vary from day-to-day.

THEY ARE GREAT TO BUY FROM ALSO
I buy from WeBuyBooks & they are great to deal with. Had a non delivery & when I contacted them they gave me refund straight away no hassle so I was able to buy it elsewhere. I promptly ordered 3 more items because I was so impressed & since then they have kept me updated every step of the way letting me know even when it was delivered which is really helpful as I live in a care home & post gets delivered to reception so when I get informed I just go & pick it up, rather than having to go back & forth to check whether post has been. They also have great collection of audio cds, I used to love reading but since getting cataracts I have been unable to do so. I have just recently discovered audio cds & am in my element trouble is they are so expensive but this seller has a good selection at bargain prices. I love dealing with WeBuyBooks because you get a brilliant all round service from them. This is why they have become my number one seller. Thanks so much I shall be back with more orders soon.

The app worked smoothly from start to finish, and sending my books to We Buy Books was simple and hassle-free. Communication throughout the process was excellent, with regular updates so I always knew exactly what stage my order was at.
Payment was made very promptly and matched the quoted amount exactly, which was reassuring. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the service and how efficiently everything was handled.
It's just a shame I don't have any more books to sell, as I genuinely enjoyed dealing with We Buy Books and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
