Worked with these guys twice and had a smooth process both times. They moved it all from our building and into the trucks, we hardly had to lift a finger.

I had sold gym equipment through this company through 2 different deals. There are few problems with the set up of the bids and also the operation side of it.
Firstly, there is no transparency in the process as a buyer (which we don't know if it's a real buyer or someone from their WeBuyGymEquipment ) will send them an offer and then they will send it to you, so this offer can be hold until last minute by them or can be manipulated which I believe this happens. Second issue that I had with them, after we agreed on a quotation, I receieved a deposit and agreed a collection date, on that day, the driver fully inspected all equipment and was happy with everything, we shook hands and he said that the office had transferred the money and it will be with us shortly and left, however we did not receieved the money, I chased it few times and finally they responded back and said 2 of the treadmills were faulty and dedcuted a £750 and then transferred the money.

Lots of fitness clowns in the used equipment business and I've unfortunately worked with a large majority of them over the last 15+ years. WeBuyGymEquipment has been the easiest and most professional company I've ever dealt with and I'll never use anyone else for the next 15+ years. Mike is a class act always providing super fast response times and exceptional customer service. Great to know Mike and his team will always be a reliable and reputable resource for any of my customers looking to get rid of their equipment when it's time for them to upgrade.
