Was initially a little hesitant about selling my Porsche this way. However from start to finish the whole process turned out to be simple and straightforward. It was handled very professionally by Ben during our calls/messages and then by Kris who picked up the car. I feel I got a fair price and would be happy to use them again.

I am amazed to have come across such a easy and swift service from the comfort of my home. Daniel was absolutely helpful throughout the whole process and setting the deal before the collection and always fast to respond. On the day of collection Dave was very helpful and had arrived on time, they pay you as promised they don’t come around tyre kicking and trying to knock off £££’s unlike other companies. If I could give more than 5* I would’ve because such companies need recognition for the honest business they do.

Could not believe how i was spoken to!! went to have my car valued, the car was taken away by two members of staff to inspect, when they returned was offered a figure to which was lower than had already been offered online, i said no, went outside and decided to accept only to be put onto a Mike who is the rudest person i have ever spoken to! he rudely told me that i had wasted an hour of their time, was told the way they work is you accept the offer on the spot or it’s nothing, i explained it was only 5 minutes after that i had been offered the figure but was told the car was not for them.I run a very successful company and would never let my staff talk to the public as i experienced today, i certainly won’t be going to this company or recommend anyone to them, my advice for Mike and the company is to learn some customer care and get some manners!
