Excellent service
Had an appointment booked with with a guy named Abdessamad (Sam) who arrived at my house right on time. he examined the car, reviewed the service books/receipts and we took the car for a test drive. On our return he said they would like to make me an offer which would take approximately half an hour. When the offer was made it was obviously less than the original online offer, but after some slight haggling we came to an agreement. The whole process from arriving at my door to recieving payment took an hour and 9 minutes. Very happy with how stress free it all took. Sam was polite throughout and explained everything I needed to know. Would definitely recommend their service.

It was all done so speedily, courteously, and politely. Inevitably the initial offer given over the internet was not what we were intimately offered but I guess that was to be expected; no 7-year old car is going to be in perfect condition. Sale done and money received within an hour

Did not leave until we had all relevent documents as proof of puchase. he was kind ans smpathic as we are pensioners making a difficult decision. he did not hurry us into ant decisions very patient.

2-3 hours of a car kicker looking at a car then saying they won’t buy it. Website offered 3k for our car then they refused to buy it. A stupid name for a company as within 45 minutes after he had left ‘webuyANYcar’ took it off our hands straight away for the price they offered. The man even said we chose this name so that we would get more custom and website hits.
I have also contacted the company to share this feedback and the receptionist was just rude down the phone as if she couldn’t care.
Don’t waste your time with this company!

Easy & straightforward.
Selling your car through this company is easy & straight forward with money coming in within minutes of agreement. However, price offered was 20 percent less that online offer, even though mileage etc is known in advance of engineer coming to view car, had full service record & condition, in my view, was reasonable. So, unless your car is in exceptional order perhaps, expect to get significantly less than initially offered.

Great service, fair offer
Initially I requested online valuations with several companies including the well known big two. Webuyurcar gave a realistic valuation. I contacted them by phone for information regarding selling and removing my personal registration. Rachel was very informative and professional. She was able to arrange a home visit for appraisal and final valuation/offer. The assessor, Daryl was also very professional and friendly. A price was agreed, only slightly less than initial valuation and the paperwork was completed easily with funds in my account within minutes. I would use this company again and also happily recommend to family and friends.
