I always felt that I would be given a chance to obtain a fair deal.
Initially, I was actually doing all this from the UK, so couldn't easily get the required photos for a valuation! I arranged photos remotely - the process continued!
In order to complete before Christmas, I had to take the car to outside Malaga Airport (Glen flew down from Valencia, to value some cars) for valuation and sale, so it cost me approx 150€ more than if they'd come to my home for a taxi, petrol.
The valuation was comprehensive and fair. I settled for slightly less than the original offer, good reasons where given for this.
Quite an involved process, but worth it!

My Spanish is very limited but they were easy to deal with in English over WhatsApp. Very quick to offer a good price and made all the arrangements including collecting the car from Malaga airport when we were not in Spain. I had gone online at the last minute to sense check the trade in price I had received from the dealership I was buying my new car from ... and thank goodness I did. I received a prompt valuation, based on the pictures of my car, which bettered the offer from the dealership.
Glen came round the same evening, inspected the car and following a road test gave me a revised offer based on the actual bodywork condition, which was reasonable and acceptable to me.
The money was transferred to my bank instantly and all necessary documentation completed.
The car trade could learn a lot from this company and I have no hesitation in recommending them if you're selling your car.

Complete waste of time. Gave an offer in advance which seemed reasonable and then wasted three hours of our weekend taking loads of pictures and making phone calls to head office only to make a derisory and insulting offer. Avoid

Customer service was first class throughout the whole process, Glen was particularly attentive and most importantly done exactly as they said they would.

The whole process was easy and I was kept informed regularly. Glen was on time to meet me and went through the car diligently. The price was altered because the mileage was higher than original advised and to pay for a service but it was a fair adjustment. If you are looking to sell your car I would happily recommend their service.

The company communicated very well and offered a fair price which was transferred to our account immediately the deal was done.
We were particularly anxious about this sale as it involved making arrangements from the UK before travelling to Spain to complete the deal.
They did ask for lots of photos - of the car and its documentation. We had no problem with that - how else were they going to assess what the car was worth to them?
The guy who then came out to check over the car in person was clearly very knowledgeable and checked everything thoroughly before he confirmed the final offer which was only very slightly below their original estimate.
They were also very patient in waiting whilst we posted the spare key which we had inadvertently left in the UK.
The whole experience was done with professionalism, respect and good humour. Highly recommended and nothing like a previous experience we had suffered with a high profile car buying company in the UK!

Extremely fast and easy process from start to finish. We initially agreed a price for my Car over the phone. A representative from we buy your car flew to Majorca to test drive the vehicle. A few minor repairs needed to do on the car so a little chip on the price but still a fair deal. Paperwork done and money in my account there and then.
