Using spoof email address to offer services

They emailed me from a spoof email address "wordpress@[my new domain]" (email address does not exist), saying "I checked your website you have an impressive site but ranking is not good on Google, Yahoo and Bing."
This website is 1 day old, does not have any content and does not have any ranking yet.
They just want someone to get in touch to a different email address, sales at support.webxtalk.com, so they can offer some bogus SEO services.

Receiving spam from this group who seem to be a web designer called Manshi saying the same mass-mailing rubbish every time:
