This company has stuffed me around for 4 weeks, The cleaner promised by them that that just never turned up, nor did they replace them the house never got cleaned today i get a message for tomorrow's cleaner that they won't be coming and they will let me know when they can find another cleaner.
They are like Ubur. There just a massive company that put jobs on a site and wait for cleaners to accept it wether they know them or not.
A very frustrating uncaring and don't communicate until the day before

Having spoken with Gemma as to our cleaning needs. Then spoken with and messaged Michael with a list of our available cleaning equipment to be used. Also a comprehensive list of our requirements. Together with background information on ourselves and the household. We were introduced to our new cleaner. This lovely, hardworking lady had not been informed of any of the above and at the end of the clean expected to collect more than agreed hourly rate. She said that she had agreed this with Michael. At no point had we been consulted. This lovely lady has never met with anyone from We Clean Homes or been formerly interviewed about her skills. We complained to Michael and cancelled the contract. We are deeply disappointed and no longer convinced regarding the checks done on cleaning staff.

I have used this company for a few months for domestic cleaning. I have found the service reasonably priced and easy to use. I have had the pleasure of having Joy clean for me and have found her to be an excellent cleaner reliable and trustworthy. I will be back soon when I’m back at work and have no hesitation recommending this company
