This laser and the WeCreat software are fun to use.
The framing tool is spot on and the Lumos is opening up new possibilties for me.
I did have a question for support to get started and talked to a real person (not some AI).

You can send me the laser, or stop asking how it is going until I receive it.

Easy set up. Instruction were easy to follow. Software easy to install just follow instructions. The learning curve will be using the Software and knowing what to use from the toolbars. So far I am extremely excited to use it.

Love my new WeCreat laser. I’ve owned others before but they do not compare to the ease of use of this one! I look forward to getting to engrave and cut things daily. Love showing it off to others and encouraging them to look into getting their own

The process was easy. The pieces showed up over the course of a week. All the pieces are packed incredibly well and all came in excellent condition from the shipping company. It was easy to work with them and the machine is awesome.

I really like this product. I accidentally ordered two, and they gladly helped me return the extra one. I'm truly 100% satisfied with them. I absolutely love this product.

I’ve been really happy with my WeCreat Vision 40W laser engraver. It’s powerful, easy to use, and gives me clean cuts and sharp, detailed engravings every time. I’ve already made multiple Christmas presents with it, and I’ve only had the machine for a week. It handles my vector designs without any issues and feels solid and well made.

My experience has been so positive that I’m already thinking about picking up the new WeCreat Lumos next. If it’s anything like the Vision 40W, I know it’ll be a great addition. I’d definitely recommend WeCreat to anyone looking for a reliable laser.

It was really easy to order. Any questions I had customer support was really quick and knowledgeable and was able to answer any and all my questions. Once I received it, it was very easy to set everything up and to get started. I’m still learning all the settings, but so far there’s nothing very difficult on understanding or learning.

I'm still learning. But so far it's been great and relatively easy to use. I made christmas ornaments for our annual Christmas block party and they were a big hit.

WeCreat is always great to work with

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company and feel obligated to share it so other customers are aware before making a purchase. From the very beginning, the machine I received was defective, and despite following every step requested, the issues were never resolved.

What has made this situation even more stressful is the endless email exchanges with support. There is no option for a video call, no real-time assistance, and absolutely no technical support beyond slow email replies—which only added frustration on top of an already stressful experience.

After weeks of back-and-forth messages, the only “solutions” offered required additional payments from me, including a 12% restocking fee and an extra charge for packaging—meaning I would need to pay over $300 just to return a faulty product. This is completely unacceptable and unfair, especially considering that the equipment has not functioned properly since day one.

The entire process has been exhausting, stressful, and far from what I expected when investing in professional equipment. I will also be posting photos of the issues publicly so other buyers can clearly see the unresolved problems I encountered.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had, and I strongly advise potential buyers to think carefully before making a purchase.
