Her kindness, gentleness and elegance made this moment even more special.

Involuntary purchase of a robe and no way to return
Although I was really happy with the dress I bought the women in the store told be that I received a robe with it. I thought well it will be part of the package for packing the dress I guess.. But at home I found out I paid for it. I didn’t even saw the robe nor did I needed it. When I got back to the syore she told me she couldn’t take it back and I needed to call services. At the phobe they told me to put it on e-mail, and here I am waiting already for two weeks on a reply on this e-mail. I think it is really u nessecary to stress this process to long and it gives me a bitter taste on a purchase that was very important for me.
