Megan at the Glasgow store was just lovely I had five friends with me and they all couldn't praise her enough. I had browsed the website before hand and had a list of dresses I thought I'd like turns out not all the dresses you see online are actually in the store. I still managed to try on 3 and left with a dress not even on my list ! Thanks to Megan.

Excellent time was had at the Glasgow store today. I found my dress and so did my 2 bridesmaids. Had a lovely relaxed time. Customer service was first class.

Shocking. My partner (the bride) paid extra for her bridesmaids dresses to be there by a certain date and as she doesn't keep well I had taken time off work to collect them for her on this date.
The dresses weren't ready for collection on this date and when they were, my partner had to collect them herself as I was working. Bear in mind she has to walk with a stick and as she struggled to get in the front door while 3 members of staff stood and watched her. She was then handed the dresses and was told to carry 3 bridesmaid dresses with 2 arms back to her car that was parked round the corner. Bear in mind she had a walking stick in one hand and not one member of staff offered to help her out to the car.

By doing this they made her feel embarrassed about her disability as she struggled out to the car herself.
She was also expected to pay £15 per dress for dress covers even after paying extra for the dresses to be ready to collect when they weren't.
Putting a real dampener on a day that should have been an exciting part of the processes.

Everything went great from the minute I walked through the door.
All the staff were very helpful.
I had a staff member called Karla looking after me, she asked me questions about my likes & dislikes on dresses & knew what I wanted, I couldn't have asked anymore from Carla, she was just so accommodating and nothing was a bother too her.

The staff were brilliant, very honest and listened to me which I felt was extremely important. I tried on 5 dresses in total and the 5th ticked all my boxes. I was very happy with my experience here.

Jessie was amazing from start to finish and suggested the most perfect dresses to try on and helped me find my dream dress! 10/10 experience!!

I felt the experience was awful. I was there for bridesmaid dresses and we were shown to changing rooms, rails with dresses and told to get on with. Most of the dresses looked dirty and unkempt. We did order them , paid extra for speedy delivery. When I picked them up they given them to me on cardboard hangers with a clear plastic bag over them, like the ones from a dry cleaners, no proper hangers , no protective dress carrier. The dresses themselves were badly creased and when I questioned this I was told to go and steam them. We went to the have them taken up as they were too long when trying them on in the shop. One of the dresses I received is actually too short, but with the timescale they have would not get a replacement in time. Disappointed and upset does not come close.

Megan was great. So kind and so helpful. Would highly recommend her. Very patient from start to finish.

I came to the Glasgow store on Saturday with my mum, my maid of honour and one of my bridesmaids. We were looked after by Georgia and she made the entire experience fantastic. We loved the vibe and had a great time. We did go to another wedding dress shop after and didn't like the vibe at all so we went back to see Georgia again and I said yes to the dress! Thank you Georgia <3

I attended my first bridal dress appointment today, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Georgia was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She made me feel so relaxed, comfortable, and confident throughout the entire appointment. She really took the time to listen to what I was looking for, understood my style, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
Her kindness, patience, and genuine enthusiasm made the whole experience so special, and thanks to her support and guidance, I found the one and was able to say yes to the dress! I’m so grateful for everything she did to make such an important moment so memorable.

I have now been here a few times as a bridesmaid and helping brides find their dresses. Back again for another round as a Bridesmaid and cannot be happier. Good selection of dresses, easy to drop in and try on. The experience is relaxed and easy. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Michelle is particular is always excellent.

Would just like to say I had the most amazing experience right from stepping foot in the shop! Michelle and Rusanda were just amazing! The energy was unreal! Rusanda just understood what I was not looking for and knew where to go from this. I nearly walked out with two stunning dresses because of how hard the decision was! I loved that Rusanda gave me advice about going with a dress that I love which came in very handy on the final decision. Even the wildcard dress she picked was amazing! I cannot fault my experience one bit! We managed to get a wedding dress, veil and bridesmaid dressss all within 2hours! Was fantastic! Thank you both so much…if any big bosss are reading this Rusanda is deserving of a pay rise!

I came into the store with my mother and her friend, and we both had totally different opinions on what to get. We were so pleasantly surprised to end up buying a dress that both of us were happy with, an absolute miracle!

Amazing experience! All of the staff are super friendly and welcoming. My stylist was amazing and made me feel so comfortable even though I don’t like to be in the spotlight. She completely understood what I wanted and found my perfect dress. Thank you so much for such a great and memorable day!

I visited the glasgow store with my mum, daughter and two bridesmaids, the amazing Georgia was looking after us and I cant thank her enough for how lovely and exciting she made the experience, she listened to and took on board my likes and dislikes and vision for the day, nothing was a problem and she helped me find and say yes to the dress, it was an amazing experience

I went to the Glasgow store this weekend and Karla helped me find my wedding dress. She firstly asked me what styles I like and what I don't and the first dress she brought out ended up being the one I said yes to. I got to then try it on with accessories and was allowed to take pictures in the dress. Highly recommend this store and Karla!

I went to the Glasgow store just before closing time and the ladies were absolutely lovely! I only needed a veil because I already bought my Kaida dress prior to that and they knew exactly what kind of veil was the perfect fit for my dress and I just had the best experience!

Staff were amazing very welcoming very helpful service was good. I cant thank georgia enough for helping me and me saying yes to the dress.
