I would give zero stars if I had the option. Avoid like the plague. Worst experience of my life.

I had a very disappointing experience with Wed2B and feel I was mis-sold a wedding dress and additional items.

I purchased a size 12 dress that fits more like a size 10. Before buying, I repeatedly asked whether it could be altered by two dress sizes, as it was extremely tight around my hips. I was reassured multiple times that this was absolutely possible and that the dress would fit me once altered.

After visiting a professional seamstress, I was told the dress can only be altered by one size at most, and even then it would still be uncomfortably tight — to the point where I wouldn’t be able to sit down. This means the dress is not suitable and the advice I was given in-store was simply incorrect.

I was also pressured into buying an underskirt which I later found out is not required for this dress. This made the whole experience feel like a sales tactic designed to push unnecessary items, rather than genuine advice. I will be telling everyone I know that this feels like a con to sell you things you don’t need and pressure you into purchases.

Because of this misinformation, I now have only four months to find a completely new wedding dress and have it altered — an incredibly stressful situation when planning a wedding.

Customer service initially seemed helpful, but after being asked for photos of the dress, seams, and receipt, a decision was made within around 45 minutes, which does not feel like my complaint was properly investigated.

I am extremely upset by this experience and would not recommend Wed2B. Brides should be very cautious, as misleading advice and pressured sales can cause a huge amount of unnecessary stress.

Bought my wedding dress, popped into browse and no-one else was in the shop. Had lots of choice and the sales assistant was patient helpful and knowledgeable. Had a great time trying on different dresses, even though the 2nd one was the one!!

Amazing service from the great team at Wed2b. I’ve got my wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses and flower girl outfits from here and on all occasions the team were knowledgable, welcoming and the selection was excellent. Would recommend to any future bride.

This was my second time at a WED2B store and it certainly makes a difference to which one to go to, to make sure you get the right person helping you.
I went to two different stores, Wrexham and Hinkley and Katie at Hinkley was utterly excellent. She listened to me, looked at my inspo and she pulled out her first dress and I fell in love instantly. Over the 2 visits to the 2 stores I probably tried on 10/12 dresses but it was pot luck in regards to sizing. Wrexham had no size 10’s in what I was looking for, compared to Hinkley which seemed to have much more stock. Katie didn’t pressure me into a decision and fully left it up to me which made life a lot easier.
The dress I bought was stunning, the material is lovely and it’s top quality. There’s absolutely no need to be spending £k’s if you don’t want to, wed2be is great!

Sophie was absolutely amazing! I cannot thank her enough for making my experience so enjoyable. She made me feel at ease straight away and really listened to what I wanted - but then was SO experienced and was able to show me dresses I wouldn’t have dreamt of - which just so happened to be the one I had! Thank you SO much!

From start to finish the experience was amazing! I was made to feel so special! The lady looking after me (Amelia) settled my nerves straight away by answering all my questions and helping me to find my perfect dress, she listened to my opinion of each one that I tried and she found me THE DRESS! Thank you so much. All the staff were so kind and helpful.

I came to Wed2B after my original dress (from elsewhere) was altered badly and I needed a replacement with weeks to go. The team there weren’t sharing my worry and had so many options for me to try. I found the most perfect dress, better than the original and was able to take it home the same day.
