Our bridal party visited here today and the experience of buying the actual dress was good. However the sales pitch at the time of purchase was pushy, our bride chose her dress but was then 'talked' in to buying an under skirt, then realised after the purchase (which she was made to sign for) that this cost £115, she went straight back in to the store to ask for a refund and was told they don't do refunds as she had seen the item and signed for it! This seemed underhand and has put a dampener on the overall experience.

I had an amazing experience today with Georgie she gave some great advice and made me feel special throughout the process of choosing my dress. Would definitely recommend!

Beth from Gateshead was absolutely fantastic. She selected a broad range of dresses as I wasn’t sure what I wanted and really listened to all the different things I like after trying them on. I ended up with the most stunning dress. Wed2B Gateshead couldn’t have been more fantastic at making it such a memorable appointment

I honestly couldn’t recommend this experience enough! I went in feeling quite anxious about finding my wedding dress, but Georgie immediately made me feel so comfortable and completely listened to what I wanted.

She picked out some amazing options for me and even encouraged me to try dresses that I never would have thought suited me, and I was so surprised by how much I loved them! She really took the time to listen to all my feedback and made sure I never felt pressured or rushed.

I walked away with my perfect wedding dress, and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much for making what I thought would be such a nerve-wracking experience into such a lovely and memorable one. 🤍

I was greeted by the lovely Beth who explained everything including wait times etc. and made me feel very welcome. My consultant was the lovely Rebecca (from Gateshead store) and she was amazing. We had a lovely chat to explore what I was looking for and she took the time to get to know me and what I wanted. Highly recommend visiting this store
