I Cannot thank wed2b @ Rotherham enough for my recent wedding dress experience with them. I actually bought my dress back in February which was also a lovely experience but since then have discovered a few issues with my original choice. The wed2b team have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They quickly squashed my stress & anxiety & told me not to worry as they would do everything they could to help me feel confident & happy on my big day. They stood by their word & made me feel so welcome the minute I walked back into the store in Rotherham 🥰 the lady that helped me ‘josie’ was an absolute pleasure & I felt so at ease with her warm & friendly personality!! You could tell within seconds she had such passion for her job & when we found the perfect dress she was almost as happy & excited as I was ☺️ thank you from the bottom of my heart for your patience & understanding with me….unfortunately I will never have to shop for a bridal gown again (because I found my forever obviously) but should I have a friend or family member getting wed in the future I would 110% recommend bride2b. Keep up the good work girlies your amazing 🫶

This experience was amazing. I arrived and was met my a lovely lady Abbie who then helped me along my journey. I let Abbie knew exactly what I was looking for and they came with the dresses. Every aspect of the visit was so special! I can't thank Abbie and the girls enough! I left with a dreamy dress.

Came into the Rotherham store today for the first time. Was greeted and told what to expect and went to look at dresses while we waited to be called in to try dresses on. The store assistant was amazing and so helpful and made me feel so comfortable I was very nervous. After trying a few one I knew I had already found the one but wanted to be sure. I finally said yes to the dress and I was so happy !!!!! Thankyou Rotherham Wed2b xx

I said yes to the dress!🥹💍 I had the most amazing experience at WED2B Rotherham. I went for opening at 9am on Saturday 9th May as I heard it can get busy on a weekend. Every member of staff I had an encounter with was so lovely. I had the pleasure of having Josie as my bridal stylist and she went above and beyond. She spoke through my options, what I liked / didn’t like, asked me about my venue, my style so she could get a real feel for what I was after. She really put me at ease but is a true professional, I could not fault her in the slightest. She was truly amazing! Every dress blew me away. They had hundreds to chose from, every one was amazing quality and in perfect condition. I would 100% reccomend to anyone thinking about visiting. I could have stayed there all day!

The staff at wed m2be in Rotherham were amazing. Very friendly and made our shopping experience great. However, on paying £60 for faster delivery due to tight timescales we were given a date and told the bridesmaid dresses would be here by that date at the very latest and possibly before. When they arrived two days late I contacted customer services to ask if the £60 could be refunded as they hadn't arrived in time. I was told this is an expected date not a guarantee and that they wouldn't refund the charge. This slightly marred the experience and caused stress when they hadn't arrived as my seamstress had returned home from Spain early and had a very small window in which to alter 3 dresses

Great experience from the moment we arrived. Staff were amazing and listened to what I liked, didn’t like and my preferences. Staff went above and beyond to make my day enjoyable and fun

I was very impressed with the pleasant well knowledgeable staff who put me at ease throughout my time choosing my dress and accessories

amazing service i went along just to see what was available as my wedding is over 2 years away - i walked out with my dream dress Alison was a superstar can’t wait to wear it in 2028 on what would have been my mother in laws 100th Birthday

I can’t recommend the Rotherham branch enough to any brides trying on dresses! It was my first time trying on dresses and Ruby absolutely looked after me! She listened to what I had to say, she made some incredible choices when it came to dresses and ultimately made me feel like the best bride in the world!!! I can’t thank her enough!

Had a really great experience at wed2b Rotherham. Arrived with my bridal party having never tried any dresses on before to leaving with the first dress I tried on. I was served by Josie who helped me try on a range of dresses to find out what I liked and didn’t like. They also helped me find a veil that matched perfectly. All the staff were really helpful with suggesting different dresses, would definitely recommend a visit. They had a huge range of dresses in store!

I had a great experience at Wed2B Rotherham. After trying few stores and being nervous Josie and Abbie made me feel so welcome and comfortable. They both talked through my ideas and what look I was going for and pulled some dresses i would like. Not being a dress person normally I loved all the dresses I tried on. Josie was there all the way helping me in the dresses and making me feel beautiful in each one, she was so friendly and kind. I was then torn between 2 dresses it was a tough choice but I made it. I can’t thank Abbie and Josie enough for their help throughout my experience. They helped me to feel calm and enjoy my time in the store. The after care has been great. The dress I chose needed a few tweekments and Abbie has been amazing at reassuring about timelines and my options when it comes to the dresses. Thank you to Josie and Abbie for making my Wed2B experience.

So helpful, informative and honest. They take the time to know exactly what you have in mind and bring it to you. It was a wonderful experience rather than a daunting one.

The most amazing place, I felt instantly comfortable from the moment I walked in the ladies that was in are all so lovely, they made the whole experience so much better I went in completely blind on what I was looking for and they managed to pull it off from dress 1…
