Highly disappointing and unreliable and…

Highly disappointing and unreliable and breach of trust by WeddingTales . Inspite of paying hefty price the profile shared was a fake profile claiming to be an MBA from top tier institute and on later investigating personally found to be all false claims . How can you trust a wedding matrimonial with such high prices who wither fails to do basic profile checks or intentionally do not do any profile check . Be cautious

🛑 WARNING

🛑 WARNING: DO NOT TRUST WEDDING TALES – A TOTAL SCAM AND FINANCIAL FRAUD!
I am writing this to warn every single person looking for a life partner: STAY AWAY FROM WEDDING TALES – A MATRIMONIAL SAGA. They are not a "Authentic" service providers; they are professional thieves and THUGS who have mastered the art of stealing hard-earned money.
They charged me ₹2 Lakhs upfront with big promises of "exclusive" and "verified" matches. The reality? It is a complete sham. Once they have your money, they disappear.
The Reality of Their "Service":
• The JS Platform Recycle: They literally just scrape random, low-quality profiles from Jeevansathi and pass them off as "curated" matches. I didn’t pay 2 Lakhs to see profiles I could find myself for free.
• Zero Transparency: They share profiles with no contact numbers, no emails, and no useful details. It’s like they are playing a game of hide-and-seek with your future.
• Pathetic Frequency: They have the audacity to send one solitary profile per week and then go completely ghost. No follow-ups, no feedback, just total silence.
• Names to Watch Out For: Ritu and Varsha Sharma. These individuals are shameless. They are the face of this "matrimonial" extortion racket. They have no ethics, no professional integrity, and not a single ounce of empathy for the people they are conning.
Total Lack of Accountability
When you ask for a refund, they refuse to return even a single rupee. If have some guts and authenticity- should accept They FAILED and have ethics to refund half of the 💰 money. They have essentially created a business model based on stealing and disappearing. They are parasites feeding on the hopes of families.
Final Verdict: This isn’t a service; it’s a legalized heist. Save your money, your time, and your mental peace. These people are thugs. Avoid Wedding Tales at all costs unless you want to throw your money into a BLACK HOLE.This compny should be closed and should be filled in Consumer Court. Consumer Services should look into what open thugging business they have opened. Beggers are authentic than Wedding Tales Gurgaon.

Wedding Tales Matrimony – Premium Fee, Zero Service – Refund Only Offered if I Deleted Reviews

Title: Wedding Tales Matrimony - Scam Disguised as a Premium Matrimony Service

I paid ₹50,000 to Wedding Tales Matrimony (WTM) for their so-called premium services, and the experience has been unacceptable.

The committed number of profiles was never delivered.

My profile was sent incomplete to suitors (missing family background, profession, and preferences) and only updated after repeated reminders.

When I raised complaints, I was offered a meaningless “extension of services” as a poor replacement for the low-quality delivery.

My Relationship Manager, Apurva, failed to take accountability and was openly condescending on WhatsApp, telling me: “We will not give you any extension, do what you want” — I have this documented.

Most shocking: when I asked for a refund, CEO Nikita Anand coerced me with a threat — refund would only be processed if I deleted my genuine reviews.

📌 Proof: I have a coercion email here for anyone to verify.

This shows a clear pattern of false promises, poor service, unethical practices, and intimidation of clients. For a company claiming to be premium, this is a disgrace. Strongly advise prospective clients to be cautious before trusting them.
