This is my second time purchasing off Wedoskin. The first time I purchased, it took a little while for my products to arrive (about 2.5 weeks) however the products I ordered went out of stock. I was super stressed that I was scammed lol! But the support team was so kind and consistently reaching out and giving me updates.
This time my order arrived in less than a week! I was so shocked when I saw it on my doorstep!

I recently placed an order with them. I never received a confirmation email. Mind you, The money immediately came out of my bank account. I reached out after 4 days to follow up. They couldn’t locate my order for 30 minutes. Finally they found it and told me it just hadn’t been shipped out yet. I expressed my frustration with this at the time. The next morning my order was cancelled. They tried blaming me and my “ attitude” regarding their slow shipping.
MEANWHILE, they were SOLD OUT and they had no idea. So my order was automatically cancelled.
I will never order from them again. They are awful to deal with. Also Highly suspicious!!!!!

My order only took a short time to arrive. It was easy to set up an account. The website is very user friendly and gives a detailed description of each product and what it can do for you. The Sensicalm cleanser and hydradew face cream I purchased are amazing products which work very well for me and make my skin feel clean and soft. I also like how customer service reached out right away to make sure that I am happy with my purchase. Well I definitely am very happy and will be continuing to buy them.
