Having issues with customer service and people being rude , points not coming through as well as referral coupons.but mostly not bad as far as actually getting you the delivery within a few hours

Either these guys are scammers, or they have the worst customer service ever! I ordered $100 THC edibles for chronic pain. Got confirmation email for creating an account, received order confirmation email, and even a order complete email - but still no product has arrived. I have emailed them 3 times now on all their different email addresses, and tried phoning on multiple occasions, but nothing. Avoid them is my advice!

Going through all this reviews I had a negative thought, but am happy I was able to recieve my first order, will continue using this company.

I have contacted this company numerous times by phone, email AND chat in their customer service, with NO RESPONSE. The email respondent told me repeatedly to "try again".
No response. And I just want the bag of edibles I PAID for, which was short changed in an order from FEBRUARY, and it is now NOVEMBER!!

Ordered 14 g yesterday and got 10.5, rip off joint

Absolutely #1 scammers guys zero communication didn't receive orders
