Cancelled room on arrival in hotel
We booked a hotel in Spain and arrived at the hotel to be told our room had been cancelled.
Our credit card had been stolen the week before and we had changed our card.
Weekend desk did not send us an e-mail telling us to update the card before cancelling the booking. We assumed we could pay directly to the hotel. Disaster holiday. Weekend did not correspond with us. We tried to contact them directly by phone to discover that they do not reply on weekends! Impossible to contact them.
