Staff replied promptly to questions sent by email and by online messenger, and when things weren't working right away as explained, I received a $25 credit. Overall, I received extremely courteous and thoughtful customer service.

Great site for small investors
WeFunder has outstanding customer support. They are prompt and friendly in their communications, and seem to be genuinely working to resolve issues. They also make it easier for small and non US resident investors to sign up than than other sites do. When I started investing with them over a year ago, their minimum amount was the lowest I could find and when I read that they had a big role in getting the law changed so that non angel investors could invest in start ups, I felt that their values could align with mine. I invested more and faster than I planned to, because of the quality of the offerings and have more investments pending. I have no regrets. I look forward to a long and profitable relationship with WeFunder.

Human check does not recognize humans
Issue is not resolved and it seems no one knows anything about it.
You have a check for preventing bots. It stops me from accessing Wefunder.
Wefunder stated that this is all my fault. I have found I can access from my PC. I am not able to access from my Samsung pad and my Samsung Phone.
So I guess it is my fault for trying to use the two items above.
I should have known better.
Sorry Wefunder that I said the issue was not resolved.
You did resolve you taught me to not use my trusted devices that work every where else.
I am so sorry I doubted you.
Your check to make sure I am a human works great on non Samsung devices.
This makes me feel more human!

I'm sorry to see you feel that Wefunder was worth one-stars, especially since we have taken time to help you troubleshoot and were able to see that they issue was on your end and not ours. You even informed us that you were able to easily access the site at work, but couldn't do it from your personal device. We aren't able to troubleshoot your personal device, unfortunately. The issue you have is not being caused by Wefunder.
EDIT: Marty, I'm sorry that you are frustrated with me and that my service has not been satisfactory. Unfortunately, we can't trouble shoot personal devices. We aren't getting any reports of anyone else having this problem now or since you first reported it. You are also able to access it on other devices. This is not a Wefunder issue, it is a settings issue on your devices.
