The nutrition resources, workouts and guidance…

The nutrition resources and guidance from counselors are invaluable. They made it easy to get my meds and their responsiveness is timely.
The app has changed from what I was use to and I find it more difficult to log food, and delete/update items when I need to, so I just gave up on that part.
The fitness options help me stay on track and challenge me to push myself.
I'm seeing results from my efforts which makes me happy and eager to continue this journey!

Dislike monthly fee that I cannot stop since I apparently agreed to a one year contract which I did not realize.

Dietitian issues

Mostly good but did have a bad experience with the dietitian. First appt was cancelled because they weren't feeling good (no issues with that). Rescheduled and they never showed up (lots of issues with that). Disappointed that they don't respect my time when they threaten to charge $99 if I miss or am more than 7 minutes late to an appointment. I am otherwise satisfied with the service so far.

The advice and guidance and support of the clinic advisors has been very helpful. I’ve been successfully using the weight watchers diets and have lost significant weight.

Doesn’t seem effective

App highly inaccurate and fair amount of considerations not factored into tailoring solutions. It’s more of a one size fits most solution, which is not conducive to success, for me anyway.

I have to sign into 2 different apps /…

I have to sign into 2 different apps / sign in every time I get a message, the weight doesn't share over the two and the reminder I got was from the pharmacy not WW. All and all could be a better less confusing experience.
