WW has lost personal touch.

WW is not as hands on with the personal touch.
Everything in Rochester MN is viral or 45-90 minutes away for an in-person meeting. We had WW in Rochester years ago with several days with a choice of times. Then they suddenly pulled out.!? We still have an interest in WW and attend viral workshops which I do enjoy. It has been very challenging to use the new app since the big change. No hands on help!!
I do like the new All-In Mode. I have been a member for many years and miss our Rochester workshops.

Terrible medical team service!

I signed up with WW at the very beginning of January to start a GLP-1 medication program. It is now February 19, and I still have not had my first dose sent to a pharmacy. The experience has been extremely frustrating. Communication with the medical team is very slow, and nothing seems to get handled in a timely manner. For a program that is supposed to provide medical support, the lack of responsiveness and delays have been disappointing. I expected a much more efficient and organized process. They also refuse to cancel my membership given all the issues!

Terrible we joined over 5 months ago…

Terrible we joined over 5 months ago then disliked it. It was zoom etc they offer you reductions upon signing up but to tell you the truth it was not for us. Then we cancelled with in the first month cancelled this was approx 4 month ago yet they took monies from my account. I challenged them the amount of emails to them it was excuse after excuse saying they could not locate our accounts. I sent them evidence of the monies taken now they say they have now said we signed up. I’m not leaving WW but I’m warning others don’t join until you know there rules

Do not get bait and switched!

I have been scammed into joining the new Ww, thinking it was the same fair company the weight watchers of old times. Not so. I was scammed. I was mislead into believing that if i signed up for a year i would get 6 months free. They advertise this even now💚! Big as day on their web site. And they advertise a discounted price on weight loss drugs that isnt true. Its in bold that you would get a cheap price and then you find out you will be paying almost $1000, the price everyone else has to pay. Please read the following.
* Misleading Advertisements and Hidden Costs: Many customers reported being misled by advertisements suggesting low monthly fees for weight loss medication (such as GLP-1s like Wegovy or compounded alternatives) and joining the program with the understanding that the medication costs were included, according to a review on the Better Business Bureau website. They later discovered that the monthly fee only covered the clinic membership, and the medication itself incurred significant additional out-of-pocket expenses.
* Difficulty Cancelling and Being Locked into Contracts: A frequent complaint is that customers found it nearly impossible to cancel their WW Clinic membership, even when they realized the program wasn't suitable for them or they couldn't afford the medication. They often found themselves locked into 6 or 12-month commitments despite attempting to cancel soon after signing up, and were told they would still be charged for the remaining months.
* Poor Customer Service and Lack of Transparency: Customers described frustrations with delays in receiving responses from the WW Clinic care team, encountering unhelpful AI chat bots, and being unable to speak with live representatives to resolve issues or discuss cancellation, according to a customer review. Some also reported receiving conflicting information or lacking transparency about the terms and conditions of their membership, especially regarding the long-term commitment requirement.
* Unauthorized Charges and Refusal of Refunds: Several complaints mention being charged for services they never used or that were canceled, including instances where charges continued even after receiving cancellation confirmation emails. Some customers reported difficulties in obtaining refunds for charges they believed were unauthorized or for services not rendered.
* Changes in Medication Availability and Pricing: Some customers noted that after joining the program, the availability or pricing of the promised weight loss medication changed, leading to increased costs or inability to access the medication they initially sought. They expressed frustration that WW did not offer the option to cancel the membership under these circumstances.
