No information that product is out of stock
I waited eight days for tracking information on my supplement order. After contacting customer service, I found out the product was out of stock and had to wait a minimum of one week more for reshipment.
I canceled the order via Live Chat which went pretty fast.

It was a terrible experience
It was a terrible experience. I ordered a package. I was promised delivery in 2-4 days! The parcel is sent from Poland and not from the Netherlands! I waited 10 days! The parcel was delivered to another building and I had to look for it for 2 days! This is the worst experience

L-theanine 400mg pills: cheaper, but not helpfull
the L-theanine 400mg pills were cheaper, but I did not have the same relaxation effect as the other brand I used to buy (other shop).
I'm not convinced of the quality. Maybe cheaper, but I question the effectiveness of the product.

The product I ordered is good
The product I ordered is good, but the transport company responsible for the delivery was a mess,
First I received a wrong product that was delivered amost 2 weeks after placing my order, while 2 to 3 workingdays was indicated during the ordering process, ok i understsnd few days of delay since it was during the period before Christmas. Then when the good product would come with another week delay, the transport company said ghey tried to came along, ibwas and entire day at home and nobody rang the door, 2 days later I finally received my good order.
