Never received my order

Placed an order on August 14 and two weeks later still nothing. They sent me a DPD link on August 19 that never worked. When I asked a lady on the phone to check the link the lady just said oh yes, this is not working ha ha. I called them several times and the only thing they say is that they will pass information to their colleagues and will get back to me. I am still waiting…

Oh yes, they are available by phone from 9 to 14. But guess what even then they don’t pick up. After announcing these working hours they say they are closed. This is frustrating.

This is simply unacceptable. I placed a big order and rely on these supplements.

Good product quality and prices, occasional mishaps

Good prices, good quality of products and decent delivery to Belgium (delivered within 4 days despite the warehouse obviously not in Benelux).

1 star down since 1 of the products (magnesium citrate) unfortunately arrived open with a few pills missing (!), which was the first case throughout multiple orders. Products also previously arrived with just a few months before expiry date (not mentioned on the website) while being heavily discounted if one purchased multiple bottles. Please don't resell open bottles (next time it'll be a return) and do mention the shorter expiry date if it's a clearance sale.

Bad service

I made an order of 3 products, 2 days later I received and email that my order will be shipped in 2 packages because they don't have one of the products in stock. So far so good, what they forgot to mention is when exactly I'll receive the missing product. I totally forgot that I should receive one more product, until 3 months later when I was cleaning my emails and I saw the emails from the website about my purchase. After contacting then, asking what is happening, they told me that as soon as they have the product they will ship it to me. When? After 1 year, they told me they expect to have the product back in stocks, earliest August next year. They could inform me, not every one likes to wait more than a year for a bottle of pils

bad delivery time and customer service

Delivery timeline not clear on the site. After placing the order nowhere to be communicated estimation of order delivery. It was only after I contacted the shop that they kind of remembered that they had to dispatch my order. Even after asking for quick delivery I was told not possible and not a guaranteed delivery date was provided.

Inaccurate delivery estimation

What they don't tell you is that they send the order from Poland, so their delivery estimate is wrong - it's not 2-3 days, it's more like a week. If I knew it, I wouldn't make an order, because I needed it as soon as possible. After one week of waiting I left for holidays and wasn't able to pick it up, so it's been sent back to Poland. Let's see if I at least get my money back...
