Capsules are magnetic and full of heavey metals. DO NOT TAKE!!!

I purchased some Activated Charcoal from weightWorld to use as a binder for a parasite cleanse. Thought i would do a quick check to make sure the product was safe and had no heavy metals in it. I found their capsules to be very magnetic. the worst i have ever tested. I contacted them and reported the issue and nothing has been done and no explanation given. This leads me to believe they know about this. Research the damage heavy metals do to our bodies. I would be very cautious buying any products from this company and if you have, test with a magnet before consumtion.

I used their medicine but honestly found no difference at all. Not sure how they managed to get 5 star reviews. Me and my wife used but both have same opinion which means no results. Would prefer to return unboxed products

Don't order everything at once!...

Everything is fine - although I am very annoyed to find after you have placed and paid for your order you get this message
"To show our appreciation, if you want to add any more products to your order in the next 15 minutes you will get 25% off on All Supplements".
Well , at least anyone reading this can do that, but I kind of feel screwed over....

Dangerous ingredients!

Whilst the products I ordered arrived as expected, when I looked at the ingredients listed I was shocked to see that 3 of them are synthetic. As a biohacker and qualified chemist I can tell you that from a health perspective these are dangerous! Their Vitamin A is in the retinol acetate form and not a healthy form. Egg Yolks, liver are healthier alternatives. Then there is Calcium Carbonate...like eating rocks, hence the weight of the product and again not healthy...better to get your calcium from dairy. Finally, Magnesium Oxide; it's poorly absorbed by the body, so next to useless. Take the glycinate version instead. Overall I am very disappointed that this company chooses to put such unhealthy ingredients in their multi vitamins. I have thrown away the bottle and will not be buying from them again as I value my health and recommend you educate yourself about the dodgy supplements sold by big Pharma, the junk food and large industries. Supplements are all equal, buy natural plant-based supplements where you can.

ordered supplements from their website. They were 'packing' my order for a week, another week has passed and I still haven’t received any of the supplements I paid for! I wrote several emails to support, but never got any reply! Scam!

Firstly we got sent an item that had…

Firstly we got sent an item that had already been opened and used. Secondly it was faulty. We sent this back with the promise of the return postage being refunded. They then paid it through PayPal after literally begging for our money back. I don’t know why as we didn’t pay anything through PayPal. I have sent countless emails chasing the refund as they didn’t refund enough, firstly they paid us in euros 🤷‍♀️ so it wasn’t enough. Also PayPal take fees which they should be covering so that left us even more out of pocket. They then refunded another amount that still didn’t cover. Then they said they don’t pay the vat!!! So they won’t give us the full amount we paid for the return postage…. Very confusing as I paid that full amount including vat so I want that amount back. You can’t just say to a customer we’ll take off the vat even though you have had to pay it and be out of pocket. It’s not even the money, it’s the principle. They are honestly impossible to get through to. I’ve spoken on the phone, sent so many emails explaining to them how easy it is to refund me but I am hitting a brick wall every time! Either save your money or go elsewhere.

VERY unpleasant experience, and still not resolved!

The item was in stock when I ordered it, a couple of hours later it was out of stock and not possible to ship. Waited 2 weeks as they were expecting a new shipment, only to get an e-mail that it will be 3-4 more weeks, requested a refund, and they started spamming me with "Contact Us Urgent" e-mails and and not refunding my order!!!

Poor quality matcha not ceremonial…

Poor quality matcha not ceremonial grade i can see by the colour and flavour straight away. Ceremonial matcha is nice bright green colour and the one they sent me is very dull yellowish green. It is most likely culinary grade.

I emailed the company to request refund and no one responded to me. So i can not return this item.

Unsafe Supplements and Unsafe GLASS SHIPPING...

Hi there,

I'd like to raise an official complaint.

Firstly, you sent all my items without a care for the world on how to package them. They were just shoved in a paper bag and shipped. This probably let to the bottle being absolutely smashed in transit to the point it shattered when I unboxed it, resulting in me cutting my hand in the process (thanks)

Additionally, I cannot see anywhere on the Supplements label that states that these supplements are safe and correctly third party tested and given an IFOS, USP, or NSF certification.

Therefore this leads me to believe these are cheap tat and not safe.

I am expecting a full refund, and an apology for the injury I have sustained due to your extreme lack of care.

EDIT: The company - to their credit - did send out a replacement for the broken glass water bottle, however, took no consideration or change in how they shipped it. (glass still just dumped in a large paper bag) So obviously that ended up broken too...

I would just avoid this company altogether. They seem incompetent. They also tried getting my review taken down which is wildly suspicious behaviour. Accept you messed up and do better.
