Had a blood test a few months after starting d3 + k2 and got a negative result. My d3 levels are too low.
They are selling us blanks.

Avoid, horrible customer service
I have bought supplements and used points that I have to cover x value. They still charged me full price and took points off my account. I emailed customer service, but they was not willing to help, although I provided my bank statement and email confirmations.
Not recommend.

Scammed out of over £100 - DO NOT USE
Bought a foot circulation booster (machine). Comes with a 2 year warranty. After 4 months the machine stops working. WeightWorld UK tell me to send it back (to a UK address) and they will send out a replacement unit plus refund the postage costs. They confirmed they have received the unit back but every phone call I make or email i send they keep telling me they will send it out (again) and refund my postage costs (again) but they never do !!! Three times they have assured me it will be sent out (and giving me a firm date for delivery) but they never send it. This has gone on for 6 weeks now. THIS IS NOT A UK BASED COMPANY - they are in India and have now scammed me out of close to £100 and wasted so much of my time chasing a resolution over and over again. I am now reporting to Trading Standards but hold out little hope as they are clearly NOT a UK company despite appearing to be one on their website (UK phone number, UK website, UK email address). They told me on one of my many phone calls that they are actually based in India. Do not believe their money back guarantee or warranty periods. My experience tells me you will not get your money back under any circumstances.
Update: They have told me in a familiar but bog-standard response that they cannot find a record of my order and asked for the same information AGAIN that I have already provided them with multiple times. I have today sent them the details yet AGAIN (including copies of all the times they have emailed me on the matter) and await. They must have so many complaints to not be able to find mine despite so many emails back and forth! Make of that what you will.

Very satisfactory solution to overpayment
I ordered a three for two offer of K2 vitamins but when I went to pay, although the correct price appeared, I was charged for three bottles. I contacted the customer services and was asked to provide proof of the payment I had made. As soon as I did this the wheels were set in motion to refund my overpayment.
I also noticed the best before date on the bottles would mean the last bottle would pass this date by the time I used it. I brought this to the attention of Customer Services and provided a photo of the date on each bottle and they said to contact them near the time of the best before date and they would send me a free bottle. The query in the email I sent this morning up to the email providing a solution took 40 minutes. Very impressive to know you are being heard as this is not always the situation with some other companies.
Bombarded with promotional emails that I don't want
I continue to be bombarded with emails from this company despite unsubscribing several times and even writing to the company directly. They need to be reported to a consumer watchdog as this is out of order.

I would never order from these again
I would never order from these again. I ordered a vibration plate. Firstly, it wasn't delivered when they said it would be, in fact it hadn't even been dispatched. Then because it was late being delivered I was back at work and wouldn't be in to receive the parcel. I tried to cancel the order and they refused to do this saying it was on its way, and I checked the tracking number with the courier and it hadn't been dispatched. Days later the courier text to say he was at my home and couldn't leave the parcel, I explained I wasn't going to be be there on that day, or the day after or the day after that and that he can return the parcel back to Weightworld., which he said was no problem. 24 hours later it was delivered again and this time just left at my home. I contacted Weightworld and was told to return it and pay the postage and they will refund both. I spent over a week constantly emailing Weightworld providing them with proof I'd returned it, proof of how much it cost to return it, three times I had to send this information then they refused to pay the return postage. I had to send them a copy of their own email stating that they would pay my return postage. I found the whole thing a pain in the ass from start to finish - Never again! Another reason I wouldn't order again is given this experience of their customer service, what would they be like if something went faulty after purchase.
Update - Regarding the incorrect bank details, I realised this error myself and in under 30 seconds sent a second email with the correct sort code details. Your staff continued to refund with the incorrect details.

I have been taking weightworld…
I have been taking weightworld prostasure capsules to help with my prostrate, as had ongoing problems in urinating etc as I was getting older. They work👍, and having tried other brands , for me this companies prostrate support capsules work. Since using them and being impressed with the product, I have since bought the lions mane mushroom tablets to help with my brain fog😁, and also their milk thistle capsules, as have had high liver levels in my blood tests. Again, these appear to have helped sort it for me. This company is very good and have very good value for money products.

They keep lying to customers. Items are marked as unavailable but still show as in stock on the website. I’ve emailed multiple times, always get a different answer, and still haven’t received the missing products.

Haven't noticed any side effects from their supplements.
Got a Vitamin B complex that has 365 tablets, or so they say, and cost about £12.
£12 for a years worth of Vitamin B is not too bad indeed.

Fantastic prices and such a wide range of products. Everything I’ve got so far was excellent top quality and really easy to take the vitamin B12 for instance is tiny (think it’s 6mm if I remember correctly) now my wife isn’t good at taking tablets and she was surprised how easy it was to take
