So the recliner came in a box, which was very well packaged! The Chair itself is super cool with the lights and i like the firmness of the chair. The motorized feet and head work great and thought with the xmas sale the price was just right! Thank you so much so far for a great experience.

Arrived earlier than expected and is very comfortable. Maybe even more impressive has been the fantastic customer support I have received. Any questions or additional needs I had were answered incredibly quickly.

These seats are perfect for my theater room!

The chairs are wonderful. They replace 6 that were in the theater when we purchased our home. The Weilianda chairs and accessories are worlds apart from the previous ones. Easy to use, extremely comfortable and adjustable to exactly the most comfortable viewing position.

My wife and I could not be happier with the home theater seating that was ordered and then delivered. It is beautiful leather and fully functional with adjust adjustments for reclining and separate adjustment for your head rest.. as an added bonus there are tables that you can add or hide and cupholders that are lighted with changeable LED colors and intensity. After a few months of enjoyment now, we are thrilled with the product.
One final comment of the value of this furniture. We did a lot of research before making a purchase and the cost of one seeing position at any local store is equivalent to the cost of three seating positions that we ordered..

The tracking # didn't work, shipment came weeks apart, customer service phone number is useless no one ever answers then you can't leave a measage, then you try to email and no gets back to you, then they ship a 2 row chair without the harware to assemble it, so now its going on 2 1/2 weeks and can't put the chair together.

I wanted to purchase a pair of home theater recliners but the space where I wanted to place them was limited. Most recliners that I found were too wide. Weilianda solved my problem. I ordered the Vanguard series, one recliner with a single armrest and one with two armrests. When placed together, they share the center armrest and fit perfectly in my limited space and are so comfortable. They definitely fit the bill. I also wanted to mention that they provided terrific service after the sale. I had a small issue upon delivery. I contacted them and they immediately resolved the issue. Thank you Jack and Janice!

Leon, the Marketing Manager really went above and beyond to help me out with an an order and he made my grandfather's day which I cannot thank him enough for. He answered questions and concerns I had in a timely manner and even provided a complimentary gift. Also, Janice was great at answering questions and made sure my order was received and I thank her for her customer service as well she was awesome. The price was great, the Chic Recliner is sooooooo awesome you will not be disappointed, but the customer service really stood out with Weilianda. Tbh, this was the best customer service I've had with a company they really took ownership and made everything work out. We recently purchased the Weilianda Vanguard Series 3-Seat Power Recliner in Blue online. The chairs are beautiful, well-made, functional, and very easy to set up. Beyond the beautiful design, the customer service has been incredible. The team is professional, efficient, and they answered all our delivery and setup questions immediately. This entire purchasing experience truly exceeded our expectations!

Delivery was fast and setup was easy. Having to call to get the base pieces seems like an unnecessary step but they were quick to send them out and setup of chairs was easy. Connecting the chairs together not as easy. Overall pleased with quality of the chairs and are a nice addition to our theatre.

This home theater reclining chair is incredibly comfortable and perfect for long movie nights. The padding is plush without feeling too soft, and the reclining mechanism is smooth and easy to use. It provides great back and neck support, making it ideal for extended viewing. Overall, it feels well-built, looks great in a home theater setup, and offers excellent value for the price.

Only thing I would add is that it had separate controls for the back and leg supports.

For the price its really good.

The customer service was very professional. She was polite and patient. I had a rip in the foot area of 1 of my chairs and they sent me a new one for only the shipping fee. Even when the warranty was past the end date. The new chair is working perfectly.

I called immediately after we received our 2 seats problem was no way to connect them together so the lady said she would have it taken care of and we would receive an email to let us know that the connecting system was sent! Have not heard a word since!!! VERY POOR customer service!!!

Very helpful staff and they worked with me through many of my questions. They helped me find the best solution I was looking for and the most comfortable chairs. Great addition to my home theater and watching movies has become must more enjoyable.

We purchased a set through wayfair... Later discovered we could add another single-chair, but wayfair only sells (sets) we were connected to Weilanda and Janice. She was awesome. Very helpful, took us to the right links & even shared codes for the black-friday discounts (we also had a narrow, delivery window of 3-days) Janice helped time this to come exactly on the middle day.! Highly recommend Weilianda.

I ordered 3 movie recliner chairs. Communication was excellent. The chairs are wonderful . They shipped very fast.the chairs are comfortable,look fantastic,and function perfectly. I am so happy with this purchase and would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality afordable movie chairs
