My WEISS Ultimate Portfolio Concierge, Kevin Conde, provided informative guidance in understanding this new investment service. He was professional, respectful and responsive in answering my questions. I highly recommend WEISS and Kevin as a support specialist. Currently, I am a satisfied customer to 6 WEISS investor services.

The many times Kevin spoke with me regarding Onboarding, getting me acquainted with all aspects of what I need to know to access all of that, he was very knowledgeable in his presentation, and patiently listened to, and responded to, my questions. Weiss is very fortunate to have Kevin as a representative!

I wasn't using the WEISS materials enough to justify a renewal so sent an email asking for the renewal to be cancelled. It was actioned straight away along with a very lovely email from Myrna which I appreciated. So excellent service and would make me more confident to re join the Weiss service if I needed it. Janine was very helpful with my log in issue and very informative in regard to the Weiss subscription service that I added to my Weiss account.

Cancelled a subscription and reversed charges. Processed very quickly.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my father who mistakenly got suckered into purchasing a financial program called Weekend Windfalls that claimed would make him a $1,000 per week by selling Put Options and demonstrated by Mr. Nilus Mattive.

My father said that Mr. Nattive demonstrated how easy the program was and that it would only take four or five pushes of a button on his computer, and a $1.000 would be generated

He sent me the email that was generated today by Mr. Mattive and after reviewing the directives, two required that you already owned the stock in your personal account.

The other one had a cash requirement of $5,900 on hand per contract and since that was not possible, the most he would have been able to purchase would only be 1 contract.

I believe Weiss Ratings really duped my father and especially the customer service rep, RJ, whose only customer service responsibility is to hold onto every penny that comes into the Weiss bank accounts, and nothing more.

I'm quite disappointed in the way that RJ treated someone who is elderly and didn't really know all of the nuances of this program and he really feels he has been taken advantage of by Weiss and I guess the customer service representative, RJ.

It's really been ashame, the way my father was treated and will also pass this information on to the local BBB which will hopefully stop Weiss Ratings from hurting anyone else financially.

Kevin was extremely knowledgable and efficient on the call walking me through all the tools available to me.

If You use "Deals Hunters Alliance" to do your recommendations, I will not re-sign for your Weiss Investments, including Weiss Plus because they are being investigated as a scam. You told me to contact them directly, but their phone number is blocked, yet they are all over your every site.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope you did not use them for this big pre-IPO investment.

RJ provided the information about my existing subscriptions that I requested.

RJ was the representative that helped me troubleshoot my husband’s account. This was my first experience with Weiss Ratings. RJ made the troubleshooting experience excellent and resolved all my issues.. Thank you RJ!

My onboarding experience with Kevin Conde was very enjoyable. I expected the meeting to be boring and tedious but Kevin was very cordial and made the process interesting and very relatable to my interests and goals. Additionally, and probably most important, Kevin was very patient and took the time to help me correct the errors I was making trying to navigate the very advanced system that Weiss Ratings has created.
