I ordered two Harry Potter advent calendars in September and they never arrived, I emailed the company on several occasions asking where they were or for a refund and they just kept telling me to wait 2/3 days as they were sorting it out with logistics, I have never heard from them again, really poor service

I ordered Ninja Knives with blade sharpener in order around October and I'm still waiting on my order. I've been emailing with a response with ETA but still haven't received this item. I'm now sending further emails to this company and now getting no response. It looks, feels and very likely I won't ever see this item or my money again. If anyone has any contact details please share.

Bought a treadmill in October 2023 - receipt - when I contacted the company in November - item was in transit - would send me a tracking number - did not arrive - emailed again last week - no response - obviously a scam!

I live in Norway and also ordered the calenders…same story as all other people who has written here. Once I realized it was a scam they just didn’t answer any of my e-mails. Anyone got their money back?

Ordered a Xmas tree and was delivered to a place in London !!
I live in Cumbria,email corisponded over 10 emails and still nothing . Totally a scam need looking in to .going try and get claim back through my bank . Or even try small courts claim ... 😡😡😡

As with all the reviews a total rip off. The claimed that it has been delivered by Royal Mail to Southgate in Orton. I live on the Isle of Wight

Not received the order and no response from the company.

I placed an order at the beginning of November. I was in constant communication with them and they always answered back. However, on the tracking site it says my parcel was delivered somewhere in Guisborough. I live in Sheffield. Now they are ignoring my emails and stated it’s been delivered. Fuming is not the word as it was a Christmas present for my daughter. 😡

Not received order (paid with credit card 15th october)
and now no response from the company. I´m from Portugal.
Lesson learnt.

As others have said, this is definitely a scam. The advert posed as Temu, but items never arrived, gave me a fake tracking number, no replies to my emails since. My card details have also been stolen, which I assume is linked to this purchase. Stay well away - will never be purchasing from a Facebook advert ever again.

Delivery the goods would be start emails on going since October. wrong address delivered to Scotland, I live in Devon .........do not order anything from this company.

I would rather give NO stars, wrong tracking number given, 20+ emails sent, now ignoring me. Rang bank who have refunded my money unless these can prove delivered to my hands!!!!!!

SCAMERS...KEEP LYEING THE ITEM IS IN TRANSIT ...BOUGHT MORE THAN 30 DAYS AGO.IT WOULD'VE COME FROM THE OTHER SIDE OF THE WORLD BY NOW.DONT BUY FROM THEM

3 months of lies and deception from this company....who is actually Mr Wei Wang....saying item posted.....delivery made.....will resend item.....no refund despite numerous attempts at one....I have found address for this person and have said I will be calling to collect my.money.

SCAM….I also ordered an advent calendar in October. I got a bogus tracking number which said my package delivered to a different province. After 20+ emails later reassuring me they will send me a new package using the same tracking number, they will not respond now.

ALL IS FAKE - don’t buy!

Ordered an item in October was sent a tracking number and when the item arrived in England it stopped 4 1/2 hours away from where I live, I msg them and they said 7 days and it will be with you, so I waited 7 days later nothing and it still hadn’t moved so emailed them again and they said we will send you another in 7 days waited but nothing and I’ve been msg since then out of the blue I had an email saying item sent but no tracking number and still haven’t had a tracking number!! Contacted the depo my first item arrived at and it wasn’t even my item in my name or address, I’ve since contacted my bank who are trying to get a refund and I keep emailing every day for a refund and won’t stop until I get one!! Do not buy from them they scam people!!!!

If I could give this company minus 10 stars I would. I bitterly regret not reading the reviews before I ordered from this company, a lesson learned by me. My experience is exactly the same as previous reviews. I ordered a beauty advent calendar for my Granddaughter on 4th October and was promised delivery 15/20 days. Here we are at 8th December no calendar, I have emailed 20 times now. To start with I got replies giving me a tracking number that does not exist, and promised of delivery in a few days.
All I can say is don't touch this company shame on them.

First doesn’t let you put a - doesn’t even deserve a 1. I wish like others I had read reviews when placed my order they took more money than it was selling for and asked for a refund I’m in constant emails like other’s since October!!! SCAMMERS given up ever seeing my item or money being returned even the tracking number they send you if you get in contact with chat they send you a link to a technical site and want money for my questions to be answered NOWAY. 😡😡😡
