Wekiwi owes me 661€. The reimbursement was due 29 March. Still no payment. If I do not receive this payment by end of April I will commence litigation.
After 1 year with Wekiwi I can say this was a horrible experience !
1. Their customer support is a total disaster (it takes up to 1 week to get a reply to an email and most of the time they don't answer the questions, no phone support as it's a low cost provider)
2. I have numerous billing issues (being overcharged, discounts incorrectly applied) and each one took weeks to solve
3. Their consumer portal is a mess with v few up to date information
