We’ve used We Know Mortgages for our last three mortgage applications and have nothing but positives. Ansar and Karolina have arranged our most recent mortgage which we thought would be slightly more complicated than normal, due to a change in our circumstances we are moving house having only agreed our mortgage renewal 3 months ago. All our concerns were put to rest and we have been able to port our mortgage whilst also borrowing the additional capital we need. Ansar was recommended to my by a friend. I was welcomed into the We Know Mortgages Office and after a few questions, Ansar found me an excellent mortgage deal. He then talked me through the next steps and stayed in contact with me through out the whole process.

Best mortgage brokers by far, while shopping around for brokers I met some who had absolutely no clue what they were doing, if it was not a clear cut case they gave up (looking for easy money). I started working with Karolina since October 2018 and only just completed in June 2019! My case has got to be one of the extreme special cases with many 'quack' brokers telling me to go away build my credit and come back in 2 years, to which my response to them is "do you think I will use a broker then"? Anyway, Karolina at we know mortgages was patient through this 8 months, supported us all through and everytime there seemed to be a challenge she provided expert and professional advice. They are very confident in what they do that you only pay them after completion!!!

We contacted Ansar for a mortgage in principle, my partner not knowing much about mortgages he was very helpful in explaining the process and costs and what would work for our budget. Although the house purchase took longer than expected Ansar was there to assist along the way with any queries, he has also assisted us with finding life insurance. Would highly recommend using WKM and their fee is the cheapest I have ever had.

This is the second mortgage we've secured with the help of Ansar and team and today got the keys to our new home, Exited! The process was fast with no hassle and the most important we got a brilliant mortgage deal! Ansar and Sanjit did everything for us, always helpful and prompt answering, couldn't ask for better.

Great company when looking for a mortgage deal. I had finished a relationship after shortly buying our first home! Very awkward! So I needed to get a mortgage on my own and looked at reviews on Google and of course We Know Mortgages had the best reviews. I firstly spoke to Ansar who was fantastic and knew what he was doing straight away, very friendly too he was there through my whole case for guidance. I shortly came into the office and had a chat with Ranjit who dealt with my case from start to finish, she is an absolute gem! So friendly and understanding of my situation. She helped me out so much at every hurdle i threw at her. And of course the end result i got the best mortgage deal! which I don't think i would have got on my own. I would recommend this company to anyone when looking for mortgage deals.
