Bought this during the sale and I’m mostly happy with it. The orange color looks great and it fits my space well. It’s comfy, but a bit firmer than I expected and took some time to fully expand. Delivery was quick, setup was just okay. Solid sofa for the price, just not perfect.

Fantastic customer service. I received a chair with some minor manufacturing defects and they offered to replace the parts of the chair with the manufacturing defects, or refund the chair entirely. Monica was a great customer service representative!

Welaxhome fights / refuses to offer refunds
I tried to cancel an order I made in error and now the company is fighting processing of the credit card refund even though the merchandise (sofa) never shipped! They keep delaying asking if I want to buy something else, and after days of telling them NO, please issue the refund, they agree - but then don't actually process the refund. The bank shows no refund issued by Welaxhome! The company is based in China and I get heavy vibes they are a dishonest merchant! Now I have to go through the trouble of filing a formal claim with my bank. Avoid Welaxhome at all costs.
