The lifeline unit arrived promptly and was easy to install. The staff were helpful on the phone and checked it was working smoothly.
However we were referred for a 24 hour response keysafe installation which happened 4 days later and the engineer was rude and unhelpful and would only give 30 minutes notice “as he was busy and had a full schedule “

I had a system installed for my Mother
I had a system installed for my Mother today following a referral from St Richards Hospital. I was very impressed with the speed of the installation from the referral. The engineer who arranged to meet me was Aaron Marshall, he was very professional and punctual. He worked his obviously busy schedule around my own time commitments. Installation went smoothly, everything was explained well and the actual system installed seemed perfect. They provided a bracelet which detects falls and has a built-in call button. Several tests were done where I actually spoke with the operators which gave me reassurance that my Mother would be safe at home after leaving the hospital. They also installed a fire alarm which is linked up to the system. Thanks to Aaron and the team for the peace of mind.

Emergency call box install
Great service from Aaron the engineer who came out to install call box and fit fire alarms in the house for my Grandad, he gave a great service with detailed descriptions of everything I needed to know and overall was a great help. Highly recommended

To whom it may concern, Aaron Marshall The engineer came to service my broken equipment which due to him being highly skilled he quickly established it was a phone line fault from sky which he called and arranged for it to be fixed. he then came back again to test the equipment and while here plugged in my new phones and fixed my internet. Thanking you for his success which has restored my faith and helped me make the decision to stay with your company.

Aaron fitted a key safe careline and smoke detector for us today. He was efficient, professional and extremely personable.
He left the space tidier than he found it, by tidying away all my broadband and phone trailing wires. He explained everything so clearly, I can only highly recommend him and his company.

AARON CAME ROUND ON 8TH APRIL AND INSTALLED PENDANTS AND SMOKE DETECTORS AT MY PARENTS. HE'S A VERY LOVELY MAN HE WAS VERY KIND TO MY MOTHER. HE CAME 10 MINUTES EARLIER THAN THE APPOINTMENT TIME WHICH WAS MUCH APPRECIATED AS WE WERE GOING STRAIGHT TO THE HOSPITAL TO VISIT MY DAD AFTERWARDS. IT WAS INSTALLED VERY QUICKLY WITHIN FIVE DAYS AND THAT INCLUDED THE WEEKEND. IT WAS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED AS IT MEANT MY DAD COULD COME HOME FROM HOSPITAL AND I COULD RELAX KNOWING MY PARENTS WERE SAFE AT HOME. HELP WAS THERE AT THE PUSH OF A BUTTON.
