Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish.

The first washing machine we had from them suddenly stopped working after couple of months, and when checking it we realised that smoke was actually coming out of the machine. Thankfully we noticed it in time before something more serious happened.

At first, it was quite difficult to get in contact with customer service, but after insisting several times they finally accepted a replacement relatively quickly. We were told that next day we would receive the new washing machine.

We decided to upgrade slightly and chose a newer model, paying an extra €10, which seemed completely reasonable to us.

And then came the final surprise: today they delivered a much older and lower AEG 6000 Series model instead — actually even worse than the machine we originally had. Completely unacceptable.

To make things even worse, the first washing machine they delivered arrived with the inside rubber seal extremely dirty. It was honestly disgusting.

In summary, customer service is very difficult to deal with, communication is poor, and the overall service is terrible. There have been mistake after mistake, and the entire situation is honestly embarrassing for a company that is supposed to provide refurbished appliances professionally.

I absolutely would not recommend this company. On top of this, the hours when you can reach customer service are extremely short, so after getting the wrong model I need to wait almost 3 days to see what is going to be the solution they offer us.

I bought a nice washmachine by a decent price. However I asked for delivery on my second floor, by stairs, and also the installation. The delivery guy said he could not do it, but if I wanted it would cost extra 40eu. Double charging then.

I bought a new washing machine with minor cosmetic damage for a good price from Welhof.
Delivery was swift, but when my girlfriend asked to put the dryer back on the washing machine, which was supposed to be included, the delivery man asked for 20 euros.
When ordering, I ticked the box for free removal of the old machine. The driver disappeared without taking the machine with him. We contacted the company about this (not a user friendly process) and asked them to come and honor the agreement. Their answer: you pay 25 euro and we'll come and collect your old machine.
End result: our bargain washing machine ended up costing 45 euros more. But even more so, it cost us a lot of aggravation because of their greedy and dishonest mindset.
We will never buy there again. And I advise you the same.

Good customer service, quick delivery, 45 cm dishwasher delivered at 3rd floor with a special cart which can climb the stairs operated by just one person. I had never seen such a miracle. They took away a very old SONY tube television at no additional cost.

Never again would I buy anything from this company let alone tell my friends about it. What in this company's right mind went through to send one person to deliver a fridge to second floor of a no lift apartment. We filled out the delivery instructions so they knew everything. The delivery driver was extremely rude ordering my husband to help or he will drive away without even saying a hello first. The man proceeded to ask my husband and I quite “ you are 28 and im 43 why am I even carrying this up for you”. Never have I experienced such audacity. Also the website states they can deliver the product up to 4 floors and we were on 2 second.

I bought a "refurbished" washing machine in this company. It was full of mould. Nobody ever opened it before

They don’t even deserve one star! They fooled me with the brand new machine. They did not carey it upstairs I had to pay extra to other people. Then it did not even turn on. They said u have to bring it down urself. Another cost to bring it down. They came on Feb 18th to pick it up. Processed and recorded in in their system and sent me e mails. “Within 10 days” “is the only sentence they repeat every 2 days! It has been 21 days and everytime I ask for a refund they talk about 10 days again. They are scammers! Neither the product nor the service is reliable. Be aware!

I was delivered a washing machine with a moldy cloth inside and all dirty.
Hope it will be working well at least, paid 215€ for not refurbished product they would at least check if does work and clean it !

This company is still in business, for some reason.
Not only did they email me an email saying I had to pay extra for tolls, but they also shamelessly sent me a link that didn't mention any such fees.
It only says that all shipping is free! And there's no information about the additional fees anywhere!!!!!
When I canceled the purchase, they told me they'd refund my money within two weeks!!!!!!!!!!
They wanted my money back immediately, and I have to wait this long for my money????

In my opinion, these are scams! They shouldn't even exist!

We bought a used Miele washing machine that broke in less than 1 year. They replaced it with a Bosch, which broke after 2.5 years. Both machines were not properly cleaned and smelled bad. I will not buy from them ever again and don't recommend them.

I purchased a robotstofzuiger from this company and had problems from the beginning. I have since returned the item over a month ago and still awaiting a suitable outcome. I was told that repairs would usually take 5 to 15 days and now on day 23 they have informed me that they are still awaiting parts to repair. I would avoid this company and will never use again.

This stupid company sold me broken washing machine which water destroyed my floor panels twice. Do not buy anything from this scam company. Now I have to replace the whole floor in the entire house…

I had a very positive experience with Welhof. I first bought a refurbished washing machine, but after delivery it turned out it didn’t fully meet our household needs. Welhof was very quick and helpful in assisting me and made the exchange process stress free.

They replaced it with an outlet model, which arrived completely unused and in perfect condition. Delivery was fast, communication was clear, and the whole process felt very customer friendly.

Great value for money and excellent service! I would definitely recommend Welhof and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

It is the worst company ever. I bought a washing machine from them and it doesn't work at all. They are not ready to help solve the problem, its only back and forth with them. Now they asked me to contact the manufacturer myself with no good link. This doesn't happen in most of the shop.

Dishwasher had a broken circulation pump, was replaced after short review by online team. Easy exchange in online portal with lots of other machines to choose from (outlet / refurbished). Replacement is bit older however. Works good but is only just installed.

Avoid at all costs !!
Welhof has the worst customer and delivery service I have ever experienced in my life !!!
They offer a next day delivery option but they dont tell you that your delivery time will be confirmed via email around 4am- with a grumpy delivery driver ringing your doorbell before 7am <3
The products are also bad quality as our dishwasher broke a couple of months after purchase.
And good luck trying to get a proper replacement because the delivery man will probably show up before 8am ring your doorbell, not wait for your answer and drive off in front of you because he doesn’t care.
Any welhof customer will probably go into a wild goose chase trying to get in touch with their wonderful customer service (open 30minutes a day apparently) who doesn’t even bother replying in English, is rude and incoherent (promising a refund before retracting their statement).
Hoping no one does the same mistake as us and orders from Welhof because it truly is a loss of your money.

I got a referbished washing machine here. Satisfied with the product and its price. Delivery was quick and the delivery man (Mo) was friendly, humorous and helpful and installed it in just a few minutes.

I got a refurbished laptop from here. Very responsive and quick. Had my package shipped in one day. Quite satisfied with the quality of the laptop. Barely any wear & tear and it was very easy to setup.
