I was waiting the entire day at home for the waching machine to arrive. The delivery guy did not ring the doorbell at all and did not call me. I just suddenly received an email that the delivery guy could not find anyone at the address, which was obviously not true.

The staff from Welhof has been friendly and customer-oriented. We received the product on time as it is promised. It looks in good conditions. Thanks, Welhof.

I bought a combo washer-dryer machine, which was advertised as "new" on their website. However, when it arrived, it had too many scratches and signs of constant use. Definitely, it was a scam! On top of that, I contacted customer service to explain the situation, and they got back to me after 1 week. Yes, I am not kidding, 1 week. So, a terrible experience overall. In the end, they offered a discount of 20 euros, but to be honest, I am so disappointed with this company that I will not buy anything else from them in the future.

Great variety, all important information is available in the description and specifications. The buying process is easy and trustworthy. The delivery and installation service is very accurate and friendly. The support service is ready to answer your questions and provide you with all the documentation and information you might need. In a nutshell, very efficient company. RECOMMENDED!

Do NOT use this company. They supply faulty goods. When they fail, they insist you buy a more expensive one as a replacement. Then, their delivery does not happen anyway. They have failed to deliver a washing machine FOUR times, leading to missed work days each time. When attempting to contact them, they simply go silent (only WhatsApp communication is offered).

We are now taking our case to lawyers and the Dutch Consumers rights agency. To avoid this happening to you, do NOT use this company.

STAY AWAY FROM WELHOF!

We ordered a wash-dryer last May. It broke down in December. When I got in touch with Welhof they told me to get in contact with Samsung directly to arrange a repair. Samsung told me that they are not responsible for Welhof repairs so they asked me to contact Welhof again. To arrange a repair appointment took weeks, and once the appointment was made, they did not show up. After they finally picked up the machine, they did not have spare parts for the repair and offered me to replace it. None of the available machines on their website were comparable (most of them were much more expensive) and they refused to refund me. I eventually chose a cheaper machine (still waiting to get the money for the difference back). They never delivered the machine. Today was the 4th delivery attempt, which once again failed (I had to take several days off work to make sure I am home). Nobody got in touch with us to explain why. Last time, the delivery person left although we already let him into the hallway because we did not meet him immediately downstairs. He told a neighbour he was unable to deliver the machine because he couldn't find a parking spot. The other times they didn't show up - with no excuse). Customer service can only be reached via whatsapp and started ignoring me entirely (I had to write from another phone number to receive any response). We still don't have a wash-dryer, and it is unclear whether we will get refunded. We will now get a lawyer involved. This company is a scam, customer service is completely indifferent, their products are broken, and their delivery service does not function. Please do yourself a favour and stay away from this company.

Products often faulty. They don't honor their warranty period.Their repair people don't fix things properly and often cause more problems later on. Avoid this place.

The delivery man who brought the washing machine was very abrupt, he was in a hurry and scratched my wall. I wanted to clean the floor under the washing machine that we took out and he thought it was bad, trying to bring in the new washing machine in a hurry. The washing machine works well but the guy who brought it seemed very rude and in a hurry. People like that give a bad image to the company.

Poor after sales service, lack of proper planning for delivery of goods

1 star is still too much. These are really scammers. they sell broken washing machines. never buy anything here!

Wrong description. A+ Energylevel was advertised but the device had F.

Bought a refurbished dishwasher. Good machine for a good price. Got delivered to Antwerp, Belgium the next day after I ordered. Would have liked to have gotten a message the day before at least that they were going to deliver it, though it did say next day delivery on the website.
Standard delivery like with every other store. The machine was in decent condition knowing it's second hand. Used it once now and everything seems to work like it should. Can recommended.

Avoid buying from here! Worst customer service in Netherlands. Worst after sale service. I bought a dishwasher which gave errors after 6 months, they picked it up and returned back saying their expert didn’t find anything. Few months later it gave the same error, they said their expert says it should be exchanged for another product when checked the same model, I found I would pay high price difference and they don’t care about warranty thing. My machine still has 1 year more warranty and they decided it should be exchanged but I should pay for that!

Update: After long mailing and contact with the company trying to show that their solution is not possible with us and without caring to replay on time with new proper solution. We indicated that we would terminate the agreement of purchase with in specific period and they didn't care to respond except after the mentioned period has passed by some time.

Still my worst purchase experience in the Netherlands. Buy from other stores even if you will pay more but you will get the correct after sale treatment.

I ordered a washing machine from Welhof, and they delivered it to my home very quickly. Additionally, they connected it for me free of charge. The staff member was very polite, and they even sent me messages specifying the exact time of the delivery. After using the washing machine, I noticed a strange sound. Following communication with them, they instructed me through their application's portal to choose what action I wanted to take. The options were very user-friendly. Naturally, I chose to exchange it for another one, and within 2 days, they came, picked up the old one, and brought me a new one!

I truly have no words for the exceptional support and the speed of service. Of course, I will be ordering again!

They advertise you can chose the day of the delivery, I never had the choice.

Support doesn't provide solutions and just says you are wrong, after asking for a solution they simply start ignoring my messages.

I think this is the worst support I had ever.
Even a Scam call center has better support then this site.
