Welify's belt has a battery that, after a while, no longer holds a charge. It has also taken to switching itself off after a couple of minutes. Sometimes it works on the second try, sometimes not. It is now impossible to contact Welify to seek advice or complain. I suspect that they have ceased trading.

My experience with Nova Belt is very positive. I bought it when my back broke down and I was forced to stay in bed for a whole week. The second week I used it a couple times every day. Now I use it every time my back feels week to make it stay healthy.
I even use it to help me relax now and then. This is a big change for me since I have suffered from back pain for many years. Welify is a really great company. Easy to access, fast deliveries. I lost my remote control, and mailed them. They answered right away and posted a new one.

I returned my product without much hassle. I somehow misplaced my e-mail with the return instructions but the customer service was able to easily help me out return my product and I got full refunds.

The product itself was really nice but did not help me since I have to severe back injury that will require intervention.

A piece of the belt was broken after 3 month. After contacting customer service they decided to replace the belt and within three days I had a new one. Great Service. Thx.

Have bought both welify for neck and back problems. Have had many years of problems with pain. Am so satisfied and grateful as welify minimizes my acute pain and leads to better well-being. everyone should have a welify at home.

I injured my neck in a car accident as a kid. The problems came years after. I have seen all kinds of doctors and "experts" to fix this... To keep a long story short - Welify was the solution. Buy it to all your employers next Christmas. This is THE Christmas gift 2021.
