Customer support is practically…

Customer support is practically non-existent. I had an issue with a withdrawal, and it took them almost a week to respond, only to give me a generic, unhelpful answer. The bonus terms are extremely misleading — they promise big rewards, but the wagering requirements are so high that it's almost impossible to cash out any winnings.
I would not recommend this casino to anyone. There are far better and more reliable options out there. Save your time and money!
