So far all is well but only made one…

So far all is well but only made one investment that is yet to mature. Got the £100 bonus for £1000 investment straight away so they appear to do what they say no fuss so far! Easy to use and I'd be happy if the 3% pays out at the end, much better than a savings account.

Had to manually request matured funds…

Had to manually request matured funds otherwise they just sit on them and pay no interest. Takes up to 4 business days after maturity, again with no interest. Not to mention the suspended funds that I can't get at all. Also no mention of the provision fund - what happened to that? Very little detail on the suspended funds - all anonymised so I don't know who has defaulted or why, or what amount if any of the default was covered by the 'provision fund'. No explanation as to why property secured loans weren't fully secured. Will never invest with Wellesley again. Assuming they stay in business long.

The advisor

The advisor, Jade, was extremely helpful. She made sure that nothing was too much trouble and stayed on the line until the problem was 100% resolved. Very, very efficient, warm and friendly. She certainly knew her job and ensured it was as stress free as possible. Thank you for being such a lovely human being unlike...... too many others that shall remain nameless

Web page lets it down…

In most ways an excellent company to deal with, the exception being their current web page with details of individual accounts. The previous one was easy to follow whereas the current one gives so little detail as to make it almost unreadable
