A very quick response from customer support. Heaters are not very powerful. Advertisement said the heater is quick to heat the room. I had it at full power for 3 hours and there was no difference to the room temperature. Disappointed.

So not happy I order one heater and two orders went through and they are refusing to refund me because I need to have the order delivered! How can I return something that hasn't been delivered or ordered! when the order turned up the package was damaged and hopefully it works but who knows. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

they charged me a higher amount and…
they charged me a higher amount and then when i tried to investigate i clicked on a link that resulted in another order being placed without my approval. the confirmation email took 20 minutes to arrive, when it did i immediately canceled the order. i recieved a responce saying that orders are processed within one hour so i responded saying that only 20 mins had passed. the response was the same. its clearly just a rip off site!!!

Delivery Error Corrected
An administration error meant our parcel was delivered to an old address that we had left 5years previously. As we had no contact with old neighbours, we had no means of recovering the parcel.
On being made aware of the problem, the well heater shop support staff were extremely courteous throughout, acting swiftly and decisively to send us a new delivery.
