Wellness for Life went above and…

Wellness for Life went above and beyond. The course was tailored to exactly what we needed as a company and I think that’s why it was so effective. We were going through such a challenging time politically and our staff were struggling. After six weeks of doing the course, they seemed a lot more calm and definitely less stressed. I really liked the flexibility that was offered through their multi platform approach, too.

Mindy was a great partner to support me to take the right decision

I will never forget our first call when I was feeling so down because I had to make a major change in my life. I was sitting on my living room floor, listening to your words. Then I took a short trip to clear my head, and that’s where I started your course. Throughout this time, you never hesitated to answer all my questions and patiently responded to all my messages, helping me get back on track. It felt so good, and I truly felt supported.

Mindy, I don’t know how to thank you enough for everything you dofor me—always lifting me up, clearing my mind, and straightening my spine! You truly have a talent for finding the right answers, and you see the things that need to be addressed in a person, not just what fits into your program.

I feel very good with the decisions I took with your support!

I was really impressed with the…

I was really impressed with the programme Wellness For Life delivered for our staff at John Lewis HK. Unlike other companies, they designed a bespoke, four week course for us, based on what we specifically needed at the time. This, as well as their comprehensive approach to well-being, is what made it such a success.

The presenter expertly shows you how to…enhance your selfcare and boost your wellbeing.

The presenter expertly shows you how to tap into your self potential via the power of your mind and personal awareness.

Her wellbeing programme is a very professional, yet warm and friendly course, which is accessible to everyone, and is a stark reminder to prioritise yourself - highlighting the importance of your mental health and general wellbeing.

Some of the many positive steps include setting personal boundaries, recognising personal traits and how to enhance and control these in your favour, meditation and good breathing techniques.

I will definitely revisit Mindy's methods in the weeks, months and quite possibly years to come.

Would definitely recommend.

Wow - I wasn't expecting that!

The presenter was passionate about the topics covered and you could feel the energy which in turn motivated me. You could definitely change your whole wellbeing, personality, persona, if you adopted the skills and adopt a better you! Very enjoyable and fun! Would definitely go on the advanced one, when it's available.”

How to Tame Anxiety & Depression & Unleash Calm

When I started the course I was not aware of how it would help me to identify, recognise, and resolve issues using my values to elimanate various health issues rooted to and knowing that bottling up issues affect the health. A lot to learn and practice but who does not wish to improve their mindset and health. Trainer knew her subject and could answer any questions that were asked. What I liked was the examples that went with each topic as that clarified what was being taught.
