Great customer service, I have been using this company for a couple of years now, I have only ever had one problem which was a split bag which they replaced immediately, no problems. They answer any questions very quickly with lots of information on their products. The collagen itself dissolves well and is tasteless, it's a good price and seems to work.

I’ve used this for months now and have every intention of continuing. It’s a source of protein and I find it a good addition to my first cup of coffee each morning

I’m very happy with the Marine Collagen and it arrived quickly. I use it in my brownies and it has no fishy taste or smell. I think it’s good value too.

My order was a bit tricky to do online, but I got there and the delivery was fast and efficient.
I feel it is quite expensive but u know this one is one I get on with so happy to keep using it.

It was my second order.I have tried to use another brand of Collegan but when i comparied these two , WELLNESS LAB is much better than the other.I noticed difference from my skin and hair.So ordered again Wellnes Lab.Many Thanks.

I regularly order the marine collagen, it’s an excellent product which helps reduce my joint pain. The price is very reasonable and the site is so easy to use. I would highly recommend this company.

Very swift response to an issue I had. When I received the product it was already opened and when I notified them about the incident they responded very quickly and sent me a new one. I am very impressed with their customer service.

Excellent speed of delivery. Got a freebie but unfortunately it's a product I'd ordered on offer but actually don't like. But going to contact about it as I'm not convinced it's supposed to be separating like it is. The marine collagen is fab though. Cant taste it at all in anything I've added it too. I'd recommend blending first with a small amount of warm water to prevent clumps. Can't tell yet if it's affecting my nail or skin but will come back & write another review in a couple of months if it has improved them. Other product was the Turmeric with cultures. Would be lovely if not quite as spicy & more liquorice based, or just turmeric. But it sinks to the bottom of the cup when leaving to cool & again within seconds of restiring. Which makes you get a mouth ful of powerery grit. Like I say though, this could be a odd batch. Otherwise I'm very impressed with everything.
*Update* put alot less in of the turmeric product after reading the response from Wellness Lab & it's great now, definitely nicer in oat milk than just water. Thanks!

Perfect! I love their product of Collagen Powder and I am really happy with their customer service. I made an order just before Christmas that seemed like it got lost by Royal Mail and after contacting their customer service I soon received the replacement.
