Joining WOO has completely changed the trajectory of my business! It is the reset I've required and the long term scaling strategy I was seeking. STOP - this is a red light expense!! This program is horribly structured for small business. It's ONLY self-directed. The coaches are unqualified. Small business owners, you probably already have these ideas, but are too busy to put them all into place. Once you've reached a point your so overwhelmed trying to restructure your business by jumping through their "ideas", you can't even pause the program to get things in line and working properly. They are a scam to sign up for a mentorship that you can get for free online by watching some other videos. The forms aren't even that good, they are simple copies from the internet. I used to pay about $400 a month for another mentorship, and got 3x more out of that program. My coach doesn't even understand what I need and has zero resources or suggestions. It's the biggest waste of my companies time and money

Great people! What I find is that more than them making me a success they help me to realize I already am. They guide me to find the roadmap to achieve my vision and or goals. They guide me to oil the operation and system so that it runs smoother. I still get to do the hard. They are there for support. If you are ducking the hard work it may not be for you.🤷‍♂️

I joined Well-Oiled at a time when I was completely burned out and questioning whether I could keep running my business the way it was. An Instagram ad from Stacy hit me at the exact moment I needed it and gave me hope again. Even though we had cash flow issues, I felt God was asking me to transform my mindset, so I joined.

Through the program, I realized I needed more responsibility, more accountability, and a healthier mindset about my leadership and my team. Attending Operator to Optimizer (in-person event) in Nashville and my coaching calls with Coach Kelly Clark were turning points for me.

I committed 100% showing up even when I felt unprepared and juggling 60-70 hour weeks. That consistency changed everything. My sister stepped into her role in field operations, our systems improved, and I experienced my biggest win: taking a two-week honeymoon without my work phone and without a single work call. That freedom alone made the program worth it.

By June, I realized I had to inspect what I expected, not just trust that my team had everything figured out after showing them once. Upgrading to the Powerhouse program and renewing for a full year pushed me to engage more in training calls, & the full breadth of the program. Listening to Stacy, her directors, and other WOO team members as well as members of the program, taught me so much about mindset and leadership. There were challenges. In July, when my sister (who had taken on field operations management) was out sick and we had equipment stolen, it tested everything. I realized how far we’d come as a team, but also how much we still needed better SOPs. Fullproof Planning (in-person event)was a game-changer. Networking with other members gave me the confidence to embrace new tools like AI, delegate more, and step fully into CEO-level thinking. The Powerhouse retreat (in-person event) really helped me to see that my leadership has come a long way, and that I deserve to be in the room with the Powerhouses. I left understanding how I needed to level-up as a person and leader to reach my goals. I am excited to grow together as a community in WOO. Ultimately, I used countless strategies from the program. Each lesson, each strategy, and each piece of accountability helped me grow not just as a business owner, but as a leader. I’m incredibly thankful for this journey and the opportunity to transform into a well-oiled operation.

Word of advice: As with anything in life, you get what you put in. Use the program and its resources. There will be highs, lows, limiting beliefs, wins, moments of doubt, and renewal. If you stay consistent, you will be transformed. Start with renewing your mind, and the rest will follow. Be open to different metrics of success. When I got my time & quality of life back, everything else followed. Take the risk, you will not regret it.

Working with my coach Tony Ross, has given me structure and clarity I’ve needed for years. I now have a defined framework, systems in place, and measurable actions that are starting to create impact in my business. I'm only a few months in and I'm looking forward to even more progress.

WOO Completely Transformed My Business and My Role as a CEO

Joining WOO was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself and my business. Before the program, I was stuck in the same exhausting cycle so many entrepreneurs know too well—overwhelmed, putting out fires, and buried in day-to-day tasks. My business was doing well, but I wasn’t.

Well-Oiled was just what I needed, right when I needed it. I was already on the right track and had the right mindset, but I just needed help trying to hire the right operator and train my 2 operators correctly. Stacy has a tool or system for almost every aspect of being a CEO. I don't necessary need an "accountability" coach to make sure I do things, but if you need that, you get that as well. It was worth the money and I got my return on investment.
