  1. Business-to-Business service

Written by the company

Most small business owners have businesses that need them at all times and that can be very demoralizing because it leaves the business owner feeling stuck. WOO can help you become unstuck. Better yet, it can even remove you as the bottleneck of your own business. A perfect example of removing the bottleneck inefficiency is leveraging Virtual Assistants. As businesses continue to shift more towards online management systems, companies are looking for the perfect virtual assistant (VA) to help lighten the workload. Of course, that’s just an example. There are hundreds of other ways to remove the bottleneck. Since there are so many different options available to let go of that burden, it can feel overwhelming and intimidating. Many people retreat within their own boundaries while falling prey to the notion that it would just be easier if they did it themselves. Or, they don’t have the time to train a new person. Perhaps they find it difficult to let the responsibilities go because they have maintained them this entire time. Find the proper coaching to understand the vital role of allowing the business to work for YOU. WOO has foundational pillars that can help ease the pressing responsibilities. In it you will: Learn the 4-Step process to remove yourself as the Bottleneck Turn your frustration into a system and get more consistency into your business. Make your team accountable by transferring responsibility to them. Whether you want someone to take over 5 hours worth of managing an email inbox, completing admin work or helping plan content full-time, VAs and delegating to teammates can help you get it all done. Big Businesses like Disney, Virgin, or even franchises like Dunkin’ or McDonalds are successful because they focus on their systems first. How else could a business which hires mainly unmotivated high school students survive? These massive businesses understand the value of delegating to teams and, as such, they develop efficient systems that maximize time and profits. The good news is that these methods don’t apply to large corporations – you can use them too! What’s more is that they apply to both digital and physical businesses. But first, you must understand your values, and how to translate them into actionable steps for your employees. If you are able to do that in an easy-to-understand manner, then you are well on your way to maximizing your time and profits

Not what they tout in the sales call

Not what they tout in the sales call. When I watched the hour long live sales call, they talked about getting your time back, using tools that Stacy Tuschl herself uses.

When I got into the program, I realized that it's a very odd mix of modules and live calls. And very direct "either you do XYZ or you're a non believer in my program" rhetoric. Their one size fits all approach to business strategy, hiring and business growth is lacking in scope especially with a very fast changing economic conditions. I loved when I was told that McDonald's runs with teenagers so your food business should be able to.
If you doubt their one size fits all strategy they tell you you're unwilling to change.

I can’t say enough about Well Oiled…

I can’t say enough about Well Oiled Operations. For a woman that has been in business for 18 years, I always knew I needed this but didn’t know where to find it. I could be embarrassed by all the things I didn’t know, but instead I choose to believe this was just the right time to figure it all out. The amount of information that is afforded you is, as they would say, like drinking water from a fire hose. Not only do my coach Kyra and I go through the things I definitely need first, but I am able to look into a plethora of additional masterclasses on things I need after setting up those initial processes. I am a thirsty learner and I go through many, many masterclasses a week and it would still take me a year to go through all of them because new information just keeps on coming, especially with the addition of AI and learning how to use it best for your business. If you are struggling with how to get your business to the next level this is the place to be. Thank you Kyra for your help.

Very disappointed

Had a "free strategy call" which was just a disguise for sales call/demo. They needed all our income info before sharing pricing for their program. Very poor experience. Stacy, I doubt that is how you want your business to run.

I Trusted Well Oiled Operations - And I Deeply Regret It

I Trusted Well Oiled Operations – And I Deeply Regret It
I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but in this case, I feel a strong responsibility to share my experience in hopes that it protects someone else from the same mistake.
Well Oiled Operations claims to “stand behind inspiring your business journey,” but my experience was the complete opposite. As a 27-year-old business owner, less than two years into running my company, I was actively searching for guidance on how to become a better leader, delegate more effectively, and scale my business responsibly. When I came across a video of Stacy Tuschl on Instagram, I felt like I had finally found someone who understood what I was going through.
I signed up for a free seminar — which, to be fair, provided some helpful takeaways. At the end of the session, there was an opportunity to schedule a Zoom call with a “specialist” to go deeper into possible business coaching. What wasn’t mentioned? Any pricing or financial expectations. That was saved for the very end of the call — which was rushed because, as I was told, the representative “had to get to her next appointment” (red flag #1). When I expressed my discomfort of the amount requested, she used manipulative tactics, even going so far as to say, “You can look me up and find where I live and see pictures of my family — why would I lie to you?” (Spoiler: you can’t find her anywhere.)
That representative was Amanda Harvey. She painted a now-or-never picture, saying slots were limited and coaches were filling up fast. I was pressured into signing a contract on the spot — without fully understanding the terms or feeling confident in the decision. I immediately felt a deep sense of buyer's remorse and unease.
Within 12 hours, I contacted Amanda again to back out of the contract. Her response? She had “calls from 7 am – 7pm and could help me through email,” quite frankly no time to speak with me and showed no willingness to revisit or reconsider the situation because of “what the contract states” that I was given no time to review.
I signed that contract under pressure and without informed consent — and it cost me $12,000. Yes, twelve thousand dollars. Money, I did not have. Money I’m still fighting through my credit card company to try to recover. All from a company that claims to want to help me “grow and thrive.”
Does that sound like a company that inspires and empowers entrepreneurs? It doesn’t to me.
I’m sharing this because I wish there had been a review like this when I was researching Well Oiled Operations. I went into this with hope and good intentions, and I was left feeling taken advantage of, scammed, and completely disheartened.
To anyone else who is looking for guidance: do your research. Don’t let charisma and urgency pressure you into making financial decisions you aren’t ready for. And please, think twice before trusting this company.
I wouldn’t recommend Well Oiled Operations to anyone — not even my worst enemy. I hope this company sees this and reflects on how it treats people, especially young, ambitious entrepreneurs just trying to do right by their business and their future.
Sad. Disappointing. And something I’ll never forget.

I was charged $9,800 for no service – avoid this company

I was charged $9,800 by Well-Oiled Operations (Stacy Tuschl LLC) for a business coaching program I canceled within 24 hours. I never received a contract, onboarding, login access, or any service at all.

While I initially received a refund through my credit card, the company’s charge was re-applied months later—without my consent or knowledge. Despite contacting them numerous times and providing all documentation, they have refused to refund the money.

This has caused significant stress and financial harm to my small business. I would never recommend this company. If you’re a small business owner, please proceed with extreme caution.
.........................................
UPDATE – May 15, 2025

Since filing this complaint, I learned that the company waited until the final day of the 60-day Mastercard dispute window to respond to my chargeback. Their 21-page rebuttal was submitted after I canceled within 24 hours and received no services. I was unaware of their response in time to reply.

This tactic feels intentionally deceptive and designed to prevent resolution rather than provide it. It further confirms that no service was delivered, and that they are withholding $9,800 for a program I never used.

Business Coaching Scam

I signed up for what I thought was business coaching from Well-Oiled Operations after attending a call hosted by Stacy Tuschl, who is a verified business owner. However, I had a call with a woman who purported to also be a business owner, but her role was really a salesperson. I was expecting to be paired up with a coach with entrepreneurship experience. I authorized the first monthly payment(of 6) for $1,997, but upon a simple LinkedIn search, I learned that the coach I was paired with had no business ownership experience, and instead, had recently joined WOO as an "Account Manager". If I am paying that amount for coaching for my business, I would expect that my "coach" would not be a salesperson who is in the beginning of their career. When I requested, and then reviewed the contract(which I was urged to immediately electronically sign without having a chance to review, during the call), I realized why. The "contract" bars you from any recourse if you have had a negative experience like I have had, including reviewing the company negatively or even filing a class action lawsuit! I sent an email and a certified letter to cancel the contract after I was able to do some research, but they refused to refund my money. They have only offered to cancel the contract and the balance if I remove my comment on Reddit. This is why there is only mostly positive information on the internet, and why MULTIPLE small business owners like me will continue to get taken advantage of by this predatory company. They are smart. They are going after small business owners because they are typically using a business credit card to pay. Consumer protections such as 15 U.S.C. § 1666i do not apply to business credit or debit cards. They are a Business Coaching Scam, according to the Federal Trade Commission, and I am sharing everything that I have documented with the FTC, reviews sites like these, and News outlets, in the hopes of preventing other small business owners from becoming potential victims.

Well Oiled Operations is a JOKE!

Well Oiled Operations is a JOKE! Do not believe a word they say. No wonder they are a “get rich fast” 6/7 figure company because they take your money and don’t care! I was on my initial call and they FORCED me to sign. Literally said I wanted to talk things through with my husband & told me that was an “excuse” to not sign up. Then, proceeded to tell me that if I signed up on the call that my card wouldn’t be charged until 30 days. IT WAS CHARGED 2 hrs later. So I emailed them to cancel right away and they wouldn’t let me. So, they took $2,000 dollars from me JUST LIKE THAT. Didn’t receive a thing from them. DO NOT TRUST OR GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY…they don’t care!! Theres a reason these people are rich!! PYRAMID SCHEME! Makes me sick!

Game-Changing Investment

Well Oiled Operations (WOO) was the program I didn’t know I needed! When my husband suggested another investment, I was not trying to hear it, but Stacy Tuschl’s confidence, testimonials, and proven systems won me over. As a small business owner, I needed scalable systems, a mindset shift, and real structure, and WOO delivered. The content was highly relevant, well-organized, and accessible, making it easy to implement long-term. While I couldn’t attend WOO events in person, I appreciated the member incentives and loved the additional resources, like Stacy’s podcast and YouTube channel. My coach, Greg, was outstanding—he challenged, guided, and took real initiative, diving into my business structure to help me move from therapist to CEO. He understood the fast-paced nature of my growth, ensuring I focused on the right strategies instead of just moving fast. This program was worth every penny. It gave me the clarity, structure, and momentum to truly scale my business without burnout.

Excellent experience with this program

I had an excellent 1.5 years between WOO and Powerhouse. The content was excellent for a small business owner looking to gain time to work on the business and not be to involved in the business and to scale. This program has definitely helped our business grow and my sanity improve. Alex, my coach, was excellent in pushing me to put the time in and commit to completing the weekly and monthly goals I sent for myself. The other members that I was able to meet, network with and bounce ideas off of at the face to face events was a powerful part of the experience too.

Woo has changed my mindset

WOO has changed the way I run my business and my thoughts about my business. Before joining I believed "this is as good as it will get" Now after just 90 days in the program I have changed the way I think about my business and stepped into the CEO mindset. This is still a work in progress and I need a lot of reassurance (which my coach provides for me). When I doubt myself, decisions or wins my coach is there to let me know this is a big deal. The Modules and Templates are great resources that are very helpful! 100% recommend the program as long as you are willing to put in the time and work.

Inspiring & Impactful Program!

WOO has been a fantastic experience and my coach, Jen, offers insight and support and makes this process something I enjoy working on! I was skeptical of starting something like this as I have owned by business for 13 years and have systems in place. However, I have never been able to get them operating without my constant attention. This program has allowed me to create systems that are scalable. It has also changed my mindset and made a business that had become overwhelming turn into something inspiring! This program has truly impacted my business, my team and my personal mindset.

We enjoyed and gained immense value!

We enjoyed and gained immense value from this program! We've attended many seminars and coaching sessions, but none have been as comprehensive and actionable as Well-Oiled Operations.

From detailed graphs and spreadsheets to practical word documents, this program didn’t just talk about what could be done they provided us with the actual tools to implement.

Our coach, Christine, was outstanding. She kept us on track, held us accountable with bi-weekly check-ins, and ensured we made real progress. This is a fantastic company with an incredible coaching team. I highly recommend them!

Navigating My First Business: Learning, Growing, and Aiming Higher

I've been with the program for just a couple of months, and I'm still in the process of figuring things out. This is my first business, and without a college degree, or much outside help from other mentors or friends, having a supportive team to ask questions and learn from has been a game-changer for me.

There’s an overwhelming amount to learn, and I haven’t even scratched the surface yet, so my review might look different once i have completed the full 6 months as I continue to dive deeper.

One thing I wish the program offered was more extensive time with our coach at the start, allowing them to really get to know our business on a deeper level. More than just the 45 minute session. I think it would be incredibly helpful if they guided us in setting 90-day goals with their insights instead of just relying on our own with a bit of their insight. As a CEO, it's easy to be distracted as a visionary, so having someone take a detailed look at my business and suggest directions that could boost profits would be invaluable. I understand it can be a risk for coaches or for WOO to advise a CEO directly, but I’d rather take that risk and hear what they think might be the real challenges my business faces—especially those that I might not be seeing clearly.

I also wish the coaching calls were more frequent. It would really help me stay on track because sometimes, by the time we meet again, I've forgotten some of what we discussed. Email is normally the way to get updates in between but being a busy CEO and gen z, email isn't the norm for me to use. A lot of the information shared is available on the internet, but what sets this course apart are the templates provided and a clear modules vs searching on the internet and going down unnecessary rabbit holes. After watching a video, I can easily adapt the templates to fit my business, which has been really helpful. Currently, the price point does feel a bit high to me, especially since I’ve implemented several strategies but haven’t yet seen the profits I was hoping for. I’m optimistic that the next three months will bring more clarity and tangible results for my business.

One of the biggest takeaways for me has been the mindset shift—learning to see the big picture vs trying to be apart of every little thing that doesn't move the needle. This program has helped me shift from thinking small to realizing I can aim for bigger goals than I ever thought possible. Thank you, Alex and Stacy, for helping me see that! Like Stacy has mentioned, you have to invest in yourself and even though I haven't seen the desired profits this is the first course I have ever purchased to invest in my knowledge on how to run a business.

The strength of accountability

I joined towards the latter half of June, 2024 and I have not been disappointed. I choose to attend the deep dive in Milwaukee at the end of July and it was extremely helpful. Being a solo entrepreneur it is nice to have guidance and another set of eyes examining what I do; "Is it practical? Is it repeatable? Is it scalable?". These and many other analyzing tools are very helpful so that I can improve at being in business as I work towards hiring my first employee. I am also looking forward to how the program will help me as my team grows. The greatest strength that this program offers is the accountability of a coach (Alex) that meets with you on a regular basis. And also a coach that will response to questions or concerns between meetings. It is because of accountability that this program will continue to succeed and endure. The material is very solid and it is presented well.

This program helped me see the gaps in my business. I've significantly increased my team since joining which has allowed me to work on the business instead of in it and we're scheduled for our most profitable year ever this year.

I really appreciate that my coach, Alex, let me tell him how I like to be coached and has run with it! He knows when to push me because I'm not giving something my all.

I'm 3 months in and so far has been a great experience! For me it's been lot of work "under the soil" and to start thinking more like a CEO - my coach Alex does a great job of keeping me on track and offers sound advice to move things forward. I do get the sense the coaches are busy and on a tight schedule - I wish that I could be his only client lol!
