Never Bank with Wells Fargo, but ESPECIALLY the Wells trade people.…

Utter garbage company and customer service. I have called several times for several different things. Most of which, they tell me new information that they see, "in a note," but not ever communicated to me about my accounts. I call and a random representative sees this note, but I was not told via email, call, or on the app.
At least twice I called the line to have them assist me with one thing, only for me to have to call the following week, because they refused/couldn't complete my request the previous week, so I have to start over and complete the process again. No one cares that the previous service rep didn't do what you asked. Or that its been a week since you first requested something and nothing's happened. There might be an, I'm sorry, but most of the time, they don't care and refuse to make things right because, "they don't do that." If anything, they simply want to take you through the process with no reassurance it will actually happen this time. You can not request a rush, because they, "don't do that," unless you make them nervous from how upset you are, and then they'll say it's been rushed, but it still takes about two weeks, and no information about it will be communicated unless they feel like reaching out. There is little to no consistency in their steps. They make more up as you finally get them all completed, and there is never a supervisor available to talk to. You might get a customer service representative that calls you back, but they will only tell you they don't do that and they are so sorry. If they give you their number or extension, it's invalid the next time you call.

Avoid

Out of the blue phone call, similar spiel to Invest505 who have swindled peoples money. Say they will get Invest505 refunds for you, won't disclose where they got your details from. Phone number doesn't come through as suspect fraud but when you try to call it back get automated "number not recognised". Wouldn't surprise if it's a reinvention of Invest 505. Recommend avoiding!

Wellstrader has been a great platform…

Wellstrader has been a great platform for me to trade stocks. The range of stocks available to trade is very impressive and I was able to make some good trades on companies that I have been following for a while. The platform is easy to use and the fees are very reasonable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to trade stocks.
