Relocated my office to home, so I had bought furniture elsewhere and just needed chairs. I wanted Herman Miller Verus Triflex and shopped around. Wellworking had one of the equal-best prices and good stated lead time. I didn't need nor expect anything besides fulfilment of my order.
HOWEVER
What prompted me to write the review was the efficiency, communication and friendliness.
I had emails keeping me updated with my order and stating a delivery window - sent from the dispatching depot, which seems to be part of Wellworking, not a third-party shipper. Delivery was with a smile by someone from Wellworking, on time and with courtesy.
I would recommend.

Selling Herman Chairs with no guarantee sticker!
I ordered a Herman Millet office chair and it’s arrived with no guarantee sticker on the bottom. The delivery driver asked me to contact the office which I did within a few hours and got no response. I emailed them again on Monday and they’ve said we’ll make a note of it. I’ve asked them to either supply the guarantee sticker or collect the chair and give me a refund. Surprise.surprise no response.
Buyer beware! Selling expensive chairs with no guarantee sticker and poor customer service!

I bought my Herman Miller Aeron chair just under ten years ago. It has a 12 year structural warranty. I noticed that the arms had become loose and the tensioner that control forward and backward spring of the chair back and become less effective. Over the decade I have had the chair I have moved heavy furniture around and as a result the chair could not be removed without being taken apart. This presented an issue because the visiting engineer was not familiar with that specific model. He had come with a temporary replacement and had intended to take it back to the workshop to repair. A second visit was arranged and they were able to dismantle my chair to get it to the workshop and provide a pre-dismantled demo replacement which they rebuilt in my office so that I had the replacement whilst they repaired mine. I was kept informed along the way by phone messages and emails. My chair has been repaired and feels better than I remember it feeling when it was new. I consider I had outstanding support and would like to thank Chris and Tasha for going the extra mile - I definitely felt that they wanted to exceed my expectations.

We ordered six Vitra Eames dining chairs, which were delivered today. We have had brilliant and really friendly service throughout, from answering our initial questions to keeping us informed about the progress of the order to the actual delivery. Andy, who delivered the chairs, was on time and could not have been more helpful, getting everything unpacked and the wrappings taken away. We are absolutely delighted with the chairs and the speed with which we got them. Excellent service from Wellworking. Great product.

Brilliant customer service from start to finish. I ordered a chair which arrived in a timely manner, I didn't love the colour & emailed Paul from the WellWorking team to see if I could swap it out for an alternative colour. I received a very quick response & a new delivery date to swap my chair out. The delivery process is quick & efficient, the customer service is great and the choice of chairs is vast. Highly recommend!

We ordered a suite yesterday and we were served by Stephen the assistant sales manager.
He was very polite and friendly and any questions I had he happily answered them. I had a bit of banter with him and I referred to him as a super sex stud.
I as disappointed that I could no sign the electronic contract when I go home. I called the shop this morning and a lady said she will send me a paper contract for me to sign and return.
